Love this pairing up! Followed John for years, done a good few of his programs that were awesome! Just started follow and watch the muscle doc and that guy is a fountain of knowledge! Already picked up some amazing things from him! So thanks guys for another great vid!
Brian Alsruhe recent video on dips helped me pick up some cues that helped my dip. He def has a different approach than what Mr. Meadows is showing. Also, Minor Threat coming in around 7:30 on the soundtrack.
23:38 - The desired lat pulldown cable attachment set-up is being discussed by John Meadows & Jordan Shallow. At the 23:58 mark in this video, Jordan Shallow eludes to wanting the PRIME Fitness (RO-T8 handles & Long Bar, I’d imagine) available at EliteFTS.
@pan peter absolotly not. this guys need to work is cardio vascular system. this is something he did not workout. he focus on heavy weight lifting. he lift heavy, 6 to 8 reps, and than he cant breath for 3 minutes. this is not normal. i cannot breath like this when i am doing metabolic workout like 1 minute burpees, 1 minute thruster, 1 minutes push-up and 1 minute pull-up. not by doing weight lifting on an hypertrophy fashion. some time when i do some superset between leg press and jump squat, but after 30-45 seconds, i came back to normal. but, i am pretty sure, that if he change his workout style to be more in metabolic workout for some weeks, he would get a much more better health and better heart and his heavy weight training session will be better
@@DariusKant yeah, it's pretty pathetic and is annoying to hear but it comes with the territory of being huge. The worst thing is when the cameraman is winded lol
Couldn't agree more on the bench press regards pec development. Taller guy long arm issue maybe. It's always been more a shoulder/tricep thing. Bench has caused multiple rotator cuff issues also.
@Daniel Welch You know that without seeing my form. Amazing. I benched 200kg in my 20s. I know how to bench, but also know how easy it is to cause impingement. I could go on about physiological issues and strength imbalances etc......but for what ? Your answer is too simplistic.
@Daniel Welch I literally have nothing to prove to you. You make stupid comments about unknown subject matter. What I've done in my life is just one more thing you can't justifiably appraise. I doubt you know much about life. You stick with your record 110kg crossfit max bench and instruct the world. Douche.

I know john talk alot about the way is arms are when doing a press, but in my book the way is doing them is the only way to do it, wether you want to hit upper chest , or middle or low...and about the thing the doc said, its like try to it your upper chest on a decline press, and try to hit lower chest on incline... impossible

Third! Alright! This shall be my new motivational vid before training!
The Muscle Doc sounds like he needs to see a Doc. Stat.
Doing weighted dips to failure at his age and weight? Goddamn John is a beast
How tall is Muscle Doc? Correct me if I'm wrong, buy I think he and Dave were close to the same height if I saw things right.
Hey John. I was curious if you could give me the name of thosewbow sleeves you have. I could definetly use them
Great workout music
Please tell me you all sell that last handle on your website! That looks amazing.
I cant understand the muscle doc it sounds like hes struggling to breathe as he is explaining things
Yeah these dudes are MASSIVE but also massively out of shape lmao

Help yourself.
The muscle doc needs to write himself a prescription for a inhaler
fumbles 12 he was talking to the camera immediately after his sets
🏋🏽♀️🔥
Not hating but holy half reps on those incline db presses from the muscle doc. F it tho if he feels it then its working.
the way Jordan Shallow is talking is stressing me out. You should be able to form a sentence after doing a set of flies.
nah nah nah 1RM'S only my guy
Gotta confuse the lungs right babe
His chest is gonna be sore 😂. I think the word "emphasize" is better word than isolation.

Everyone is built different I guess becuz I can absolutely do this.
Gem
Damn muscle doc got destroyed
at 3.40 90kg or 90lbs? Looks way heavier than 90lbs and 90kg seems ridiculous
Considering Shallow's best bench is 441lbs (~198kg) those would have to be 90lb dumbbells
2nd!
No range of motion
@Tim Noneyabusiness he said no range of motion
