Why the symphony of car alarms in the background?
I bought mine in September they had no Elites available my husband was in an accident and totaled his car so we were stuck car shopping before we were ready! The prices sucked as well. I would have loved the Elite even better, that being said I love that car and am
Not sorry for one moment that we bought it!!
Edit out the alarms dude. A second or two is cool. Not for 15 seconds
With as much money the consumer spends you think the mpg would be a little bit more like around 25city/35hwy, another thing is a lot of people like to take their Honda camping too, so an inverter would be nice in the back by the three seat on the side wall. Seen some cool videos on nice inverters. The other thing is i heard Honda doesn't warranty the PRND controls on the console if you spill a drink on accident? Which you think they make something for that or put that in a different location.
I wonder if the new ridgeline will be like this. I hope so
Thanks for the video Ben. from your experience prospective is it worth to buy raptor 2023 in 2024? Thanks again
If the deal is good
Best bang for your buck at 51k. Ben, what’re you huffing? More features in my Ascend Touring at that price, and not that I was considering this but hard pass
I find that when you look at reliability, durability, and features in comparison to price honda is the best choice.
Other vehicles may beat honda in terms of looks. I guess that is why their stolen a lot.
Honda pilot can take your grandparents for a ride in your new suv
Will the pilot get a e hev hybrid system?
I hope not
I would wait a year or two before buying the new Pilot. It's a new 3.5L V6 and a new transmission. Edited: The new Pilot came out in 2023 so it should be pretty good and safe to buy now.
Hope you’re wrong just bought the new EXL pilot
@@tmorris00 I hope I'm wrong as well. I just worry about a vehicle having a new engine and transmission. Honda has had some engine issues in the last decade. Mostly the small turbo engines.
Actually the 4th Generation Pilot is in it's 2nd or 3rd year. 2023-2025 now. They have 2025s on lot.
@@fredmoss4540 Time flies. 2 model years in should be good to go. I hope Honda updates the Passport to the new V6 and the Pilot interior. I only need a 2 row SUV.
Remember the 10 speed transmission has been in the Acura MDX a little longer.
But not the engine in the regular MDX.
I wish you would test drive the vehicles more and do highway drives like Topher does
This or a four runner
do you go off road or drive down a camp ground dirt road ?
Asked this question a few days back and a friend said because I won't pull anything and not a lot of offloading, the Pilot is the better choice
On paper this thing was our top choice last year. But when we actually drove it we were disappointed. The seats are low to the floor. That's uncomfortable for a 6'3" guy like me, which would have forced us into I believe the Touring or Elite for height adjust on both front seats. When it was first released Honda claimed it had the most cargo space in its class, but it was easy to see that wasn't even close to being true. They have since revised those numbers. It was also on the loud side at freeway speeds and didn't ride as nice as many of its competitors. Drivetrain is underwhelming...a brand new engine that offers no better performance or economy than the previous one. I realize it has lower emissions, but that's still a pretty big fail. Infotainment essentially a generation out of date. It looks more masculine than the old one at least, but still generic and forgettable. My wife walked away pretty quickly from it.
I concur. I’m 6’2” and I’ve found on each iteration of the Pilot there is never enough leg room for me. I’ve given up on Honda. No such issues with the Highlander.
Thanks for the comment. I am just under 6'4' so your comment especially helpful. I also totally agree about the "new" engine with same specs as last one? Should have 300hp and 280 torque....Did you find a better choice? We are about to start looking ourselves.
Lebron james drive a ferrari. Relax. Guys above 6 feet swear theyre giants
@@rayn.2688 LeBron doesn't drive his Ferrari across the entire state. Short guys swear nobody needs legroom.
Video is too dark
Stop calling these things SUVs. The utility isn’t there. They are crossovers
The Trailsport trim is absolutely a genuine SUV.
