I'm going to make a video as well. The edges are sharp and the tooling marks make it very zippy. I just polished everything from 1-10k micro mesh and semi chrome. I was about to throw it back together and decided to watch this video first. Glad I did. Lots of great information here! I just double checked all the points you made here. This being 4 years old, I'm surprised they have not revised the design at all. Kind of disappointing.

Bought mine 2 weeks ago. Played one 30-minute game. It worked nice. Zeroing in on my new scope. The bolt action will not lock into place to Spring just pushes back. $300 gun out of the box and it's a failure now what. This will be a good test for the 25-year warranty.

This will be free as part of the 25-year warranty agreement. Until then, please ensure the bolt is always being pulled correctly and straight. We found that this reduces the scratchiness of the bolt. Once the fix is available, it will be on the website and communicated on social media. Please contact us again at that time so we can arrange this for you. @@toxicity5716 The play in the cylinder is being fixed aswell, check out a review from Bigbirdairsoft, he makes a custom made part (believe it is one of the guide rings) and extends it. Novritsch are doing the same thing if you look on the ssg10 spare parts page you can see it on there, says "coming end of March" that should stop the cylinder wobble apparently
If I take out all three screws when taking the internals out of the stock how is it that your triggers guard is still attached to your stock? My SSg10 is arriving in a few days so I’m just trying to gather as much info about it as possible
I would like to know WHICH GEN does this Fix apply too ? I have a SSG10 A1, so do I need to eventually worry about this issue. Or, has this already been fixed in later versions by Novi .

Will this help if the spring guide stopper slips while pulling the bolt. Mine is new and it slams forward sometimes. I need to get my hands on a file first but I was wondering if the is will help it hold
Yo man just bought an SSG10 A2 and first time I go to use it I fire and the BB’s just rattle around inside and fall out when I point it at the floor. I’m new to airsoft this has been a huge bummer
Having bad problems with the ssg10 I just bought, SUPER scratchy bolt.. just watched novs video about how to pull bolt back and maybe I'm just doing it wrong? I sandpapered down that trigger piece for a while and it didnt seem to help. Also did the bolt with sandpaper as well

i received my ssg10a3 last week, the guide stopper is scratched to hell after firing about 50 bb's... doesnt look like its solved to me

Hi my bolt pull is horrendously scratchy and stuff, is this the reason why? And is there supposed to be any wobble / play in the bolt / cylinder?
I have the same problem with wobble in my cylinder, it sounds like a rattle no idea what is causing this

@Brookadnb That's I what I just read on website aswell but it said for the play of the cylinder it self, hopefully it is for the play inside

Tighten you trigger box screws to the receiver better
I had to file down the channel in the bolt for it to go smoother.

Make sure you turn the hop up on by moving the hop up slider to the middle of the gauge on the side of the barrel

Did you disassembled the cylinder fully? Lube and clean the inside and out ?
This made my bolt pull a lot worse
