    high pulls and upright rows make the shoulder more likely to have an injury because of the combination of abduction and internal rotation. Dangerous exercises

    Why would you add the high pull? Not a good movement...

      Metabolic conditioning. You know, not everyone wants to exercise to look like a bodybuilder or to be the strongest man in the world.

    That high pull is shoulder impingement city, with those elbows winged out like that. If you're going to ruin the move with a high pull, at least keep elbows below the bar. Just another demonstration of crossfit crappy form.

    Maby a barbell shrug instead of the high pull might be a little bit safer maby🏋️
