That is not an incredible amount of weight. I cant tell if that is a male or female bar So its either 35 or 45 lbs right there and then there are 10's on each side. So she is lifting any where from 55 to 65 lbs . For a crossfit movement where you use your entire body and not isolate , that is quite a comfortable weight. The technique was Good, and this video was informative. Certified CF level 1 trainer.
unless i am watching this improperly, you are teaching to do an upright row with an incredible amount of weight which is never healthy for the shoulder girdle. High pulls are excellent for trap development as well as also learning the clean but I would never program sumo deadlift with high pull.
And how much is "an incredible amount of weight" may I ask? This lady is not lifting an incredible amount of weight. You have to understand that this exercise in a crossfit program are high reps so the weight you apply wouldn't be as much as if you were to only do these 6-10 reps and that's it. Trust me it's light enough that you wont hurt yourself unless you are doing something extremely wrong.
great form and technique.
Thanks, an excellent training video. The lady is awesome: great technique.

My shoulder would be pulled within two months. Rows in this fashion are dangerous
Preciate it!
