(Disclaimer: Possible run-on sentence ahead.) I did some research on this super interesting topic and I found that in addition to the amount of toothpaste used, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) also heed parents of infants, who are using tap water, which is infused with fluoride, when feeding their infants formula, which require water, to be mindful of the levels of fluoride, in their cities water, because it may kindle tooth mottling. Here is their word for word explanation, “Recent evidence suggests that mixing powdered or liquid infant formula concentrate with fluoridated water on a regular basis may increase the chance of a child developing the faint white markings of very mild or mild enamel fluorosis. Parents should follow the advice of the formula manufacturer and their child’s doctor for the type of water appropriate for the formula they are using. Parents and caregivers of infants fed primarily with formula from concentrate who are concerned about the effect that mixing their infant’s formula with fluoridated water may have in developing enamel fluorosis can lessen this exposure by mixing formula with low fluoride water most or all of the time.” In my research I found an alternative to only using tap water, which can be riddled with unsafe amounts of fluoride, lead, copper, and nitrates, could be to alternate between using tap water one day and using distilled store-bought water the next.

please sign a petition to stop water fluoridation. Check Fluoride Action Network. The benefits of this forceful medicating are minimal, but consequences are very serious. Fluoride is a nerve toxin and endocrine disruptor. It is very harmful for bones, thyroid and pituitary glands and lowers IQ. Please educate yourselves. Fluoride from water and pesticides accumulate in the pineal gland more than in any other part of the body. After accumulation they form crystals, creating a hard shell called calcification.
‌The pineal gland is not the only part of the body that can become calcified. The crystals can also form in the joints, heart valves, and breast tissue. Sometimes, calcification impairs the functioning of the affected organ. In the case of pineal calcifications, the gland can become unable to produce melatonin.

Also another best advice I would like to give is don't buy water bottles, save money and just boiled the water in your houses and when it's cooled drink it with no worries (when water starts boiling, don't turn it off right a way, keep it boiling for about 30 - 40 sec. then turn it off).

I’ve read this great paper on the effects of fluoride and it concluded that its applauded purpose is only through topical use on the teeth, and even with that fluoride has been noted to adversely cause damage to the enamel (ex: dental fluorosis) for reasons of one being deficient in calcium and magnesium, and/or overexposure/overconsumption. In respect to this, there is a clear distinction between naturally occurring fluoride and it’s artificially added compounds. Being an additive in water sources due to acclaimed service to oral health has been shown unnecessary as humans have not been deficient in this mineral, and unethical to communities and populations as it causes more health hazards which counteract its disputable benefits in ingestibles. As so, fluoride is also an additive in foods such as cereals and teas. Moreover, fluoride shows it’s negative aspects on brain health, cancer, bones, and more, and this is when it is consumed in excess, which is a high percentage at this point. Why it’s still in place is by old reasons from when it was first introduced, which can easily by outdated by current and previous studies, but it’s loose placement in some countries still remains. It’s a question why this standard is instilled, and it’s abundance in our consumables “suggest that the prime public health priority in relation to fluoride is how to reduce ingestion from multiple sources, rather than adding this abundant and toxic chemical to water or food.”
Check it out and give it a read if you’re interested: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3956646/

It does help children's teeth when they are developing, exactly as Dr. Nemeth pointed out. The problem is that too much ingested into the body makes teeth discolored and brittle. Just like adding carbon to iron makes steel, even though steel is more brittle than iron, it's harder as a result. So it's a question of quantity being consumed.

Tests were done in countries that don't use Flouride in the water and there was nothing to suggest a
Country using fluoride in their water supply was any better in dental hygiene than a country that doesn't have Flouride in its water supply.
If I was a parent with kids I would be using just baking soda and a lil peppermint oil for taste.
Holistic approach to everything should at least be reviewed before taking on modern pharma.

I have not used fluoride toothpaste in 5 years and my teeth are still white, intact, and I believe cavity free. Every dentist I go to tells me I have a cavity and I fire them and go to another. Then they tell me I have a cavity in a totally different area. I ignore them. I had a dentist who found out I was losing my dental insurance and he quickly discovered 4 cavities that needed fillings. I just fired him and never went back.

From the study book: Principles of Anatomy and Physiology by Gerard J. Tortora and Nicholas P. Anagnostakos, 3rd ed. Harper International edition, pages 606 and607, I learned that teeth are built up of dentin a bonelike material and enamel made of calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate. The hardest substance in the body. There is not a single atom of fluorine present in the tooth itself. Elemental fluorine is an extremely aggressive and poisonous gas. Fluorine compounds are very stable and become intractable waste products in the phosphate fertilizer and aluminum industries. It is so dangerous, it can not be dumped in the environment. Workers handling the product need to wear full protective clothing. Residents of several western towns in the USA suffered from black and pitted teeth due to a high level fluoride in ground water. They also did not have many cavities. It was thought this was also caused by the fluoride ion. Cavities are caused by milk acid bacteria clinging to the surface of teeth. Brushing and flossing removes most of these. The correct, overlooked diagnosis would be that fluoride kills of these bacteria. Edward Bernays, a nephew of Sigmund Freud, instigated fluoridated drinkingwater.

This fact sheet answers common questions about fluoride occurring naturally in private wells and
    groundwater.
How much fluoride is found naturally in drinking water sources?
Fluoride is present in all water sources at concentrations ranging from minimally perceptible to greater than
10 parts per million (ppm). Rivers, lakes and surface waters contain 0.1 to 0.2 ppm fluoride reflecting
rainwater contact with windblown soils and other elements in
the environment. Well water fluoride levels vary depending on
the minerals in the rock and ores that the water passes
through. Fluoride in ocean water (96.5 % of Earth’s water) is
    typically in the range of
    1.2 to 1.4 ppm.
    Groundwater with high
    fluoride concentrations,
affects up to 60% of populations of Pakistan, East Africa (Sudan,
Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania), West Africa, Thailand, China, Sri
    Lanka, and Southern Africa.1 2
In the United States, fluoride levels vary
less significantly. Less than one-half of one percent of U.S. residents
on community water systems have drinking water that exceeds 2 ppm and less than one-tenth of one
percent have water that exceeds 4 ppm. Water samples from Colorado, analyzed when studying the
association between Colorado children with yellow/brown stains and reduced tooth decay in the early
    1900’s, contained 2 to 12 ppm fluoride.
Who is responsible for monitoring fluoride found naturally in public/community
    water systems?
The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) designated the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as the lead
agency responsible for safe levels of substances in drinking water. The EPA is responsible for setting
regulatory standards for the quality of public (community) drinking water systems defined as water systems
with 15 or more service connections or serving 25 or more persons for 60 days in a year (for example, parks
and recreational areas). The SDWA defines any physical, chemical, biological or radiological substances or
matter in water found in drinking water as “contaminants” regardless of the effect or level of the substance
on human health. Drinking water contains small amounts of many different contaminants below the
identified regulatory safe level. EPA considers scientific literature on health effects of all regulated substances
and establishes a maximum level in drinking water to protect against adverse health effects.
Who is responsible for monitoring fluoride found naturally in private drinking
    water sources (wells)?
Fourteen percent of U.S. residents rely on private wells that are not regulated by the EPA. Private
groundwater wells serving fewer than 15 connections or fewer than 25 persons for no more than 60 days in a
year are not regulated. It is the responsibility of the well owner to know the quality of the water and if is
suitable for human consumption. The EPA recommends wells used for drinking water be tested once every 3
years since water quality can change over time. The US Geological Survey (USGS), the science agency for the
US Department of the Interior, found that 23 percent of private wells exceeded the identified regulatory safe
level for one or more contaminants at a level indicating a potential health concern. These substances were

primarily radon, arsenic, uranium, manganese and nitrates. 3 This compares to 1% with excessive fluoride
levels. Few private well owners test for fluoride and they are likely unaware of the possibility of high fluoride
content. The Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors (ASTDD) recommends that private well
owners test their wells for drinking water contaminants that are of significant health concern.
What are the recommended levels for fluoride in drinking water sources?
Water is typically the largest fluoride exposure a person will experience at any level. There are no adverse
health effects associated with fluoride under the U.S. Public Health Service (USPHS) recommended maximum
levels for drinking water. The EPA has set maximum allowable concentrations of fluoride in drinking
water at 2 ppm and 4 ppm to prevent enamel fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis, respectively. 4 ppm is
enforceable and 2 ppm is not. The USPHS recommends 0.7 ppm fluoride in drinking water for protection
      against tooth decay. Fluoride in drinking water at 0.7 ppm is considered the optimum fluoride exposure;
sufficiently reducing risk for tooth decay, while remaining low enough to avoid developing fluorosis, a
staining of the teeth. Over 117 organizations, including the USPHS, Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC), American Dental Association (ADA) and ASTDD, encourage the adjustment of the naturally
occurring fluoride level to meet the optimal concentration for preventing dental decay.
If fluoride in drinking water is not adequate, fluoride supplements are recommended for children at risk for
tooth decay. Health professionals need to know when the fluoride level in drinking water is less than the
recommended level in order to safely and effectively prescribe fluoride supplements for children. Testing of
individual private wells is necessary for appropriate prescriptions.
What water filtration systems reduce or remove excessive fluoride from
      drinking water?
Removal of fluoride from water is difficult and expensive for community water systems or for private wells.
Reverse osmosis devices and water distillation can effectively remove fluoride. NSF Standard 58 recommends
that defluoridation devices achieve at least an 80 % fluoride removal rate to be considered adequate.4
Activated carbon filtration units sold for home use do not remove fluoride.

You would have to swish your drinking water to make it work. And when you go to the dentist, they tell you strictly to not swallow the fluoride. You need to rinse good and get that out of your mouth. So it should not be in your drinking water. If you want to rinse with it and spit it out, that's your own business. But you should not be forcing people to drink it.

There are so many chemicals in the water and land everywhere that you had better test that spring water first. Even distilled water could have fluoride in it. we are in the middle of a depopulation agenda where all the chemicals that exist are being used to kill us off. Look up Agenda 21. Veterans are writing about it at VeteransToday.

100% Conscious Eternal Light Hologram i dont have a doubt in my mind about any of that i mean even the so called organic non gmo stuff cant be good in the end alot of people ignore the facts and proof of the fact that all around the globe theyre spraying who knows what kind of heavy metals and chemicals with jets and everyone who is a disbeliever always says its "just condensation from being so high in the air" my butt dude its not hard to see at all just look up in the sky to see the planes spilling it out then a few days later that crap comes down as what looks like fog and settles on the ground and when it does its obviously not water and a ton of people breath it in and it gunks up your throat and probly lungs with that same stuff and doctors wont diagnose or treat it or give you anything that will actually help it in any way they always give you "mucus relief" and say its an "upper respiritory infection" well if it was that its actually go away after you use the medicine not stay

I was severely abused by these fascist nazis, so I have been reading many books and watching a huge amount of DVDs that say what I have wrote here and on many other youtubes. I have wanted to find out why there are so many wars and prisons and just plain rude, lying people. Well, over and over hundreds of times I have found out that all these chemicals are on purpose to kill 95% of us. That is the consensus of so many people that I agree. That means I was abused, and still am, by these so called elites or NWO or the Rockefellers and Rothschilds and Bill Gates, etc. etc. etc. People are calling this agenda 21 satanic and evil. Bankers and wall streeters and other corporations own this world AND they are psychopathic. They caused the stock market steal of 1929 which caused my family to become so violent, I became abused. This is happening to everyone everywhere. Wars that are killing all those soldiers leave families to grieve, which causes huge amounts of hardship, which may cause some of these to land on drugs and in prisons, etc. There is no area of life that these psychopathic corporations do not touch.
When I eat all organic I don't ache. I drink distilled water. So I don't go to these corporate doctors that don't care anyway. Years of experience say they don't care. Big pharma is paying them to push surgeries and pills and chemo on us because this is what Rockefeller wanted a long time ago in his quest to make the most money. I have found out that all of us are 100% eternal energy proven by quantum physics, but doctors don't want to tell us that. This means death is a lie. These doctors use electrical machines all day long to test the frequencies of people, yet the people don't put 2 and 2 together. Since we ARE 100% eternal energy, then we CAN heal ourselves very fast. I have felt this super fast healing myself many times. So I know that this is true. You can find this info in the book "Hands of Light" written by the physicist Barbara Brennan.
Even though I have no aching when eating all organic, I am worried about the chemicals in the air. How does a person keep their vegetables and animals organic when they are always breathing the air, which is full of chem trail aluminum particles and radiation from all those nuclear bombs dropped over the years and Fukushima? Fukushima is an event ongoing because those cores did melt down and are STILL melting. I have found information that says the U.S. navy bombed near Japan in the ocean so that there would be a tsunami and then melt down of those cores. I have read that this was on purpose as a part of agenda 21.
Read the book "Hidden History". Get a feel of the harmful actions the CIA, the FBI and SWAT teams do to people to stop them from telling secrets of "the government/politicians". I have also read that the internet and these youtubes have a lot to do with stopping these psychopathic corporations that don't care about any of us. But, I still see 5G towers going up here in San Antonio TX. I have heard/read that these are to sicken us in some way--with emf or electromagnetic pulses/frequencies. So I don't know. I just know that there are people being paid to lie. They are called merchants of doubt.
