good idea .. I bought torch as well no idea why I did not used it lol but will keep that in mind next time so I can ether cut less to bend it or maybe not cut at all and just heat it up like you said and bend it

Heat the metal red hot with a torch before you bend it. It will bend easier.

Run your welder just a little bit hotter.
Ok thank you so much for the tip!! yes its still a learning process but I find welding so fun and interesting ))) even though Im still bad at it lol
