Don't diminish their efforts by just saying the body naturally does this. It's true it does, muscle memory has caused long-term instinctive memorization, but they put hours of conscious work and effort into mastering every form and creating a body fit enough to transition from one movement to another. It's like saying, "Oh, what fantastic muscle memory that pro basketball player has". What is this? Lol.

Someone who hasn't practiced much can't do the same as it's not engraved in their bodies so much to the point their body still remembers even with just a thought they can do it involuntarily. Mirror neurons. The Dan tien. They learn to feel each other. Plus practice. But you do eventually literally synch up with other humans when you practice like this. It's a really awesome thing to feel and experience.
Coordination and consistency will only get you so far, It's having a real head on your shoulders that will get you literally anywhere. After all the jack-of-all-trades is greater than the master of one. Every time.
There are no children, or families in the USA that would even try this discipline. Look at Catholic schools, people absolutely hated the uniforms and so called, strict curriculum. Our history is rebellion. That doesn't assist obeying and extreme discipline.

I have seen documentaries of the young grade school Chinese or Asian students first Learn math / arithmetic using the ABACUS instrument that they can use it with such😮 speed and rapidity and high skill with which they can do high calculations is phenomenal!! And these kids do not look any older than 6,7 8 years old, if my memory serves me correctly. And of course they also learn numbers as we know them and learn arithmetic in grade school and such areas. All Asians have historically a reputation for spending a lot of time in school and with homework and in general their school day lasts about 2 hours longer than the school day here in America. At least that is what I have read in documentaries, etc. Also they are brought up to honor and respect their family elders and to take care of them in their later years, so their sense of family ties and a strong connection to their ancestry gives so many of them an edge in life's struggles and adversities. We all admire what advances humanity in this long, evolutionary experiment on this planet of ours. By the way, would it surprise you to know or think there are other "humans" existing on other planets of our Solar System but the unique thing about them is that they "do not look like us"! !!!! ??? Wonder of wonders.. another "human" life form existing in our solar system but they just do not look like us! NAMO AMITABHA BUDDHA!

I have seen documentaries of the young grade school Chinese or Asian students first Learn math / arithmetic using the ABACUS instrument that they can use it with such😮 speed and rapidity and high skill with which they can do high calculations is phenomenal!!
And these kids do not look any older than 6,7 8 years old, if my memory serves me correctly.
And of course they also learn numbers as we know them and learn arithmetic in grade school and such areas.
All Asians have historically a reputation for spending a lot of time in school and with homework and in general their school day lasts about 2 hours longer than the school day here in America.
At least that is what I have read in documentaries, etc.
Also they are brought up to honor and respect their family elders and to take care of them in their later years, so their sense of family ties and a strong connection to their ancestry gives so many of them an edge in life's struggles and adversities.
We all admire what advances humanity in this long, evolutionary experiment on this planet of ours.
By the way, would it surprise you to know or think there are other "humans" existing on other planets of our Solar System but the unique thing about them is that they "do not look like us"! !!!! ???
