Im really not sure if the younger generation even know who bruce Lee was. I'm only forty, but would think kids half my age, are very easily lead on to believe that size means everything. I hope there is video of Bruce Lees training with a 700lb bag and sending it slapping against the ceiling. Kids today are far too easily mislead, and too modernized by today's technology, consoles and TV. Myself I'm very aware that Bruce Lee was most likely the fastest martial artist ever and was unbeatable.

@@J4C08G4M3R yeah. This clearly you know not much about Karate or martial arts in general. Did you know that Karate has a multitude of different schools and disciplines? Oh oh! There are also styles that are all about aggression and full-contact, this means no gloves. Such example is Kyokushin. In the end, it's all up to the practitioner to actually let the martial art shine. Heck you can take a master of Wing Chin who has no real formal fighting experience. By that I mean literal fighting, as in MMA style of matches, and have him face-off against a practitioner who isn't at the highest rank but for example has tons of years of experience in street-fighting. The Wing-Chin master is gonna get flattened. An art is an art. That's all there is to it. In the end, experience dictates the outcome and how well you can fight. Understand? 🙄

@@ゼロワンそれが俺の名だ karate is KARATE I don't care what sort of kick or punch it is, it's all based on the same principle KATAS, which in a real fight against any other art in my eyes doesn't work there's too much fixed positioning the fighter is only as good as what's being thrown at him or her, I know shit all about martial arts, kombat, philosophy at alllllll only been studying it for 20yrs 😅😅😅 Karate vs judo= one guy on floor, karate against a true and I mean true wing chun master would not stand a chance ignore all these Mcdojos who think there teaching traditional wing chun but it's really just boxing with fixed movements a. Mixture of Chinese boxing and traditional UK boxing with a few block and parrys thrown in , these wing chun masters don't shadow box there kicking and punching a wooden dummy to harden joints for maximum impact, now put a kick boxer against a wing chun master or even tai boxer and there deffo gonna destroy Mr Wing chun, if karate was so great then why did Bruce Lee design JKD to eliminate fixed movements so the fighter can be free to instantly react to almost any punch or kick, so I don't care what stance your in a true wing chun masters speed would be enough on its own

I don't think it would be very effective in a real battle. His opponent was standing in a way that makes it easy to fall. You're not going to be able to take down someone with it who has an actual combat stance, especially not when they're also throwing their own weight at you.
