Though, the guy is still spinning the staff around like again this dude is still a talented person 2:17 the ball just disappears every time its hit and the ball is not on screen while the pen is being thrown, I also think the guy is being sped up a bit just for like stylistic reasons, a lot of the other videos have this too like the fruit slicing clips before this 2:49 ^ same as everything before this ^ except also now the ball bounces extremely lightly on the last hit and also jumps from being on the foam mat, to off of the foam mat, to back onto it during the last bounce the rest either seems to be real or edited slightly but still really done

There's also the second ball at the end that seems to appear out of nowhere, which is honestly baffling because it makes the footage look sus, even at normal speed and one the first viewing. There's also some more circumstantial evidence, like the ball being a very similar colour to the background which would be a terrible choice for legitimate demonstration footage. That was the verifiable evidence, now here's my theory about what is happening: the footage is composited together, with one continuous shot of him on one side, and several different clips of balls bouncing on the wall on the other side. Neither he nor the ball ever appear to cross the centre, which is a natural place to split the screen. The lower definition and frame rate of the camera help to hide this, as the sword swings too fast for the camera to accurately capture and the ball is small, fast and a very similar colour to the background.

@@cliftut and the speed the balls goes has no correlation with the momentum the staff has. One hit from the staff spinning that fast would make the ball bounce over his head and off the frame on the first hit.

I thought this was real right up until the ping pong ball trick. There is no way a ball will ever move that predictably while hitting it with a spinning object, the smallest change in angle is going to send that ball who knows where... really cool effects though and you're obviously talented with a sword.
All of the more simple tricks in this video look unedited, like the staff spin without the ball, the throws when he's hitting balloons, the arrow hit. Some of these are definitely edited but he's still demonstrating a solid amount of raw skill here. I also completely believe that he can hit the ping pong ball with his sword at least once, and that he has gotten a rally going before, but unlikely that the takes in the video are real. I don't think his form with a sword would look this clean if he were to actually rally the ball.
He guided the sword back into the sheath like normal, he edited the video 1.2x to speed it up. Look at the table where he did several fruits. That was real time. Nice skill even in real time but the others weren't real. He sped up the footage to make it look faster than it really was. 🤣🔥

@@MrJohnni9999 i apologize for the rudeness in my initial reply, i must have been heated while typing it. to elaborate on what i was trying to say, i personally didnt notice any edits in the video, and i think that if the video was sped up then it would be a lot more noticeable than (hypothetically) whatever he did otherwise to edit it. youd be able to see the objects hes cutting and, in some cases, the environment moving significantly faster and such during the short timelapse. besides, the end of the video showcases a real guinness world record person recording the world record itself, something that cant be faked without hollywood-level cgi.

Im more impressed with the editing than the "skill". Its obviously fake, but don't take my word just go to 2:38-2:39 and watch how he puts his sword back. Pause the video and navigate between the frames by pressing comma (previous frame) and point (next frame). The sword moves like 10cm/4in every frame and seems to be almost hitting his other hand (far away from the slot in which the saber should go back in) and in the next frame the saber is completely in (did he increase his speed from one frame to the other like 6 times?? nope, a cut). If not convinced just look at the apple slice at his feet, on all the frames it goes pretty fast to the right but on the cut frame it just stops and even goes a bit back. Can he also defeat physics?? hmmm, a true master swordsman he is xD
I have to call it out because a lot of people think all of these clips are genuine. Some of them might be, but some are clearly not. Watch the clips at 1:47, 2:03, 2:11, 2:21, 2:37, 2:48 closely at 0.25 speed. For 2:03 and 2:11, watch the strings on his jacket. For the ping-pong balls, pay attention to whether the ball is even visible, and whether it appears to suddenly change it's behaviour mid-air. For 2:37, watch the sword as it goes back into the sheath. This is well-executed camera trickery, but a magic trick is still just a magic trick.

0:15 could very well be real i wouldnt be surprised if it was but it looks weird, the dart cant be seen in any of the frames except for maybe the one where the balloon is popping. Also, the timing of it just feels off, the balloon feels like it should pop sooner, if you go frame by frame and see how far his hand moves each frame and use that as a reference you can see how it looks off
0:19 idk this could just be like real but edited for stylistic reasons, like I take it he didn't literally put a candle out by putting the sword in the sheath but I also take it that putting those candles out by swinging a sword is possible
1:46 all the sound is added in so theres no audio with the video, and you can literally see the ping pong ball not hitting the staff and cutting around, like this is probably the easiest thing to tell is fake. Though, the guy is still spinning the staff around like again this dude is still a talented person
2:17 the ball just disappears every time its hit and the ball is not on screen while the pen is being thrown, I also think the guy is being sped up a bit just for like stylistic reasons, a lot of the other videos have this too like the fruit slicing clips before this
2:49 ^ same as everything before this ^ except also now the ball bounces extremely lightly on the last hit and also jumps from being on the foam mat, to off of the foam mat, to back onto it during the last bounce
the rest either seems to be real or edited slightly but still really done

@@seltascare4713 Play it at 0.25 speed from 2:48. The lighting in the scene changes slightly at one point in the top-left, and the ball occasionally jumps non-physically due to camera cuts.
Yeah... That got me check the same way. 0,25 speed clearly shows the ball doesn't move properly.

yeah if you put the video at .25 speed you can really see it with the ping pong ball and throwing stuff
Yes it's edited
Yeah, especially the staff spinning ping pong. The ball is missing from too many frames, and they are all frames when the ball should impact the staff. Also, sometimes the staff is in the wrong location or is at a completely wrong angle and movement direction to cause a bounce towards the wall.
Yep. I notced this when he was spinning the rod with the ball bouncing against the wall
@@cliftut and the speed the balls goes has no correlation with the momentum the staff has. One hit from the staff spinning that fast would make the ball bounce over his head and off the frame on the first hit.
