Start doing forearm exercises man; it’s helps big time! Front pull ups work to strengthen forearms. When they become strong your wrists can take heavier hits.

Ill say it and say it again, punch with your fist and wrist aligned inorder for it to not hurt. I've never seen anyone who isnt on roids rage this much because of someone on the INTERNET telling them how to punch without hurting their wrist solely because they were trying to be helpful or because they were worried, which I am both.
I would prefer utilizing wrapped gloves, as they afford me the capability to strike a punching bag proficiently, in contrast to employing ineffectual gloves that lack the capacity for efficient impact upon the punching bag
I attend UFC gyms, so I have no issues with hitting a punching bag. A simple 'double jab, cross, then uppercut.' Alternatively, I sometimes practice without gloves to intentionally cause miniature fractures in my knuckles, aiming to make them thicker and harder for self-defense purposes enough to know how to fight and be well conditioned to fight
@@billybones4973 Not trolling 😂, wrapping gloves just feel more effective because you can exert around 90% more effort into forming a complete fist 👊🏼, as opposed to ordinary gloves that provide approximately 60% effort when clenching your fingers close to the palm all you get is wonky hand 😆
Bad product, bare knuckle suck, just go handwrap for technique and 14/16 oz for heavy bag. Dont fuck your wrist. Some might argue that 10 oz could be better for heavy bag but this glove def bs

I can go bare knuckle on just about any bag but it’s always my wrist that gives out from all the wrist injuries I’ve had

youre not punching correctly. Always have your first and wrist aligned straight so it wont injure

That’s a terrible idea, you’re bound to get arthritis if you continue hitting bare handed. Your knuckles/hands aren’t as strong as you think they are.
