@@raleyadventures Yes, I had to pull out last October as I caught COVID, I was very disappointed as you can imagine. I did the Half video as a spectator😊
@AndyCliffMTB he was an interesting chap. It was nice to get some idea of how it came to be and his background. Added another dimension to the parkrun video making it not just about the course. Good shout 👏
@@TheRunningWhale Thanks for watching, the interview was quite long but I did set Simon quite a task, his whole running journey, he did well to fit it into 5 minutes (and before my arm really started aching)😂
Fab Andy. Thanks. Glad you got fixed up with a brew in the end. Your face was a picture when you found out the cafe was closed! 🤭 How dare they! Good luck with all the up and coming… 👍🏻
Andy, I think you'll reach your Parkrun goal by the end of the year. Plenty of time left. Did I hear that you're running another trail race this weekend? Bummer that the cafe was closed, and glad that you grabbed a latte on the road. Cheers.
@@RunFreeandStrong Hi Reto, it’ll be tight, I won’t Parkrun before London Vitality 10K or Manchester 1/2 but I’m not too worried, I’ll hit 100 Tourist by January for sure. No more trail races booked but I’ll for sure do another😃
Great video Andy. Even I got whiplash watching you go over the speed bumps 😂
@@alldone1116 Thanks Tony, they are the bain of my life at the moment😩
Great video as always, keep up the great work, you really got hit by the secret speed bumps haha
@@raleyadventures Thanks guys, I detest speed bumps (as you may have gathered…😂). It’s 4 weeks to London Vitality 10K and 9 weeks to Manchester Half😬
Maybe 😂, sounds like you've got some nice weeks of training coming up, we are sure you'll do great in both events 🎉
@@raleyadventures I’m looking forward to London but v apprehensive about my first half😬
@@AndyCliffMTB oh wow I didn't realise you've never done one 🤯

Nice parkrun. I used to work in Cirencester and never knew it existed lol. Nice part of the world, hope the holiday is going or went well 😊
@@TheRunningWhale Yes Craig, I enjoyed it, the holiday came to a close last Sunday, needed the break. What did you think of the chat with Simon?

How fluorescent was the guy at 3.00 minutes in 🤔
@@SwimBikeRunStu Very, but consider this, he’ll be safe running the streets when the clocks go back😃
@@SwimBikeRunStu Didn’t notice him! 🤭🤣
