Hey. I do beach walks where I live often. It reboots my energy everytime. Even when I get back home afterwards, my house literally feels like stale energy left as well. Our vibes affects everything we are connected to and the quality we vibrate out. I am so awaiting a major shift I want to manifest. This month so far feels like a limbo void. Like you said, NOW is all about "where am I? How present am I?." On my breath; on my emotion. Contentment; inner peace = joy 💗

Do i have to do shadow work to live from the heart or can i just do meditation? Been so confused on what to do with emotions because im afraid I'll supress my emotions if i just meditate..😢 confusing myself lol..
