First thing you'll notice is ice cold air, which is first thing I'm noticing on a hot, humid day like today, it feels wonderful inside all this dark hardwood. It would be great to see your available stock as of May 2022. I would fly over and buy this house and then I see the year it’s posted 😕! Your thoughts on the current market situation would be of great interest as I foresee the largest drop in recent history. I’m being honest with you and with the lack of building materials, fuel costs,food shortages etc it’s already hitting Europe and prices are falling everywhere. Buying property at the top may not be the wisest move. I’m very keen to hear your thoughts 💭

Joseph Santhuff... you ALWAYS want to look for an architect or builders home to buy. They get the top of the line stuff as they can get it at cost. Plus, they know the best electricians, plumbers, drywall workers, etc.... I look for those kind of houses! They will last the longest and more than likely will have many things under a 30-40 year warranty that can be transferred in the sale!

Oh boy! I could certainly live there. That is one magnificent home. It would be perfect for my family and my son's family and even my wonderful In-Laws. I could even start up my dream of an animal sanctuary. I love the thought of living in Kentucky. Only a couple of issues:
1. I'm a disabled veteran from the UK.
2. I can't afford it.

This one is so beautiful and would be more than enough room for my kids and grandkids. However I’m not sure how Kentucky is on brown skin. It doesn’t matter what’s in my blood I’m still brown lol. I have European African American and some type of Indian. What I do know is the French mixed with so many of my family so I would say I’m French/creole. Ok enough about me lol I love this place

I know you have said that you don’t put the prices in the description because the prices change. I thought I’d tell you it’s not that difficult to make changes to the description. That way if the price changes it’s pretty easy to add new reduced price to the description.

KY doesn't have too many jobs.
They probably get a few tornadoes, I don't know about earthquakes in Kentucky though. The income and property taxes might be very high as well.

Good morning Brad Simmons, from the sunny island of Cyprus in the Mediterranean sea. I have to tell you that i really love the whole video of the property that we are talking about. For sure i want it, but right now due to certain laws in my country and in yours (because i am a foreigner ) we will lost a lot of time talking etc. I can imagine how the market works, and because of that sir, i want to tell you that, if you find another buyer for the property, (by the time i finish all the law papers, and coming there to see it and seal the agreement ), give it to him, do not wait for me. I know time is money and for sure, do not want to lost you a new potential buyer. And for sure we will find similar to buy when it will be the correct time, if i am not the lucky buyer.
