Also want to know, my 2004 prius has its ac system refrigerant leaked out, now seems like the evaporator is the culprit, is any POE oil compatible with r134a works for my ac system? Or there is specific POE recommended?
Note (i know the recommended oil by manufacturer is ND11 but it is not available at my place)

The bmw i3 and i8 had like 5 iterations of the AC compressor as when they failed shrapnel could get into the battery cooling lines and be a costly repair.. I wonder if coolant leaks lead to a lack of lubricant and then failure.

The brushless D.C. motor has 12 poles in the stator and 8 poles in the rotor.

Is that rule of thumb applicable to denso hybrids compressors used in toyota prius? That even for toyota prius it is recommended to set the ac at around 23°c?
