What time would be required to pressure cook the meat, so no Pink, well done, but still tender? I plan to buy an 8qt Instant Pot with Air-Fryer in one, next week! I just subscribed and I'm looking forward to more Instant Pot recipes...Cheers!
Sear the meat 3 to 4 minutes on all sides then put in one cup beef broth and pressure cook on high for 8 minutes with a natural release of 30 minutes. Broil on high 5 minutes each side. Let sit under tin foil 10-15 minutes. Gravy- add 1Tbsp butter and 1 Tbsp flour to the beef broth.
Just followed your recipe with 3lb prime rib. Came out perfectly- NOT overcooked at all. Tasted delicious. Will make again.

Usually, well done prime rib isn't as tender as medium (pink) prime rib.
Looks yummy! 👏👏👏
Thanks
Do I have to put it in the broiler ?
You don't have to but it help create the crust
What if I drained the broth as I don’t use it and re-sear it in the instapot for the crust? Just don’t want to dirty my oven if ya know what I mean
I have a 2.81 bone in roast looks like yours

You can cook yours less but it was not well or bordering on it.
