@PrudenceSibiya-vy7qy You buy your bottle of red wine, and unleavened bread or make the bread but make sure that the bread has no yeast or sugar hence why it's called unleavened. And at dawn go in a private place, lock the door behind you and bless the wine and bread. Then break the unlevened bread and eat it in remembrance of Jesus Christ, and do like wise with the wine. Remember you not eating to satisfy hunger neither drinking to get drunk. Just a piece of bread and a sip of wine will do it

The wine in Psalm 75:8 is the Lord's wrath and not literal wine, context is important when reading your Bible. Read the whole Chapter, from verse 1 to verse 10. Its the same idea when Jesus said "...if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me" in Matthew 26:39.

that is exactly what i was thinking. its always these Pastors that preach hard and say everybody else is wrong, that take so many verses out of context. and the Bible says that for one reason many lay sick and die before their time and its because they dont discern the body of the Lord. not knowing that it brings healing. it doesnt say they die because they took it in the morning. and to partake in an unworthy manner is not knowing what it represents or just doing it to get drunk or because you are hungry

*Where is the scripture that says everyone has to drink from 1 cup and they have to drink it at supper time?*
*What time is supper time? 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, or 8pm? Next, where does scripture say 1 cup per church, and if we are the body of Christ, is it one cup per the church, the body of Christ, or is it 1 cup per brick building?*
*I hear people say 1 cup per church as in the brick building, please give me scripture that says that, and with each millions of churches worldwide that is more than 1 cup!!!*
*And if it's 1 cup per the body of Christ, that would be impossible to pass around 1 cup worldwide. Where in scripture does it says they had communion in other church buildings using one cup per church building?*
*And churches with over 5 thousand, ten thousand members are to be drinking from the same 1 cup, that is unsanitary and let me add this, where in scripture after Jesus died do we see them taking communion in the churches they were in and they all passed around one cup? I want bible!!!*
1Cor.10:[23] *All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.*
