You can heat the copper washers up & dunk them in water, this will resoften them so you can reuse them. From Australia.

Check the bracket that holds the brake line to the arm. It's probably rusted and squeezing the brake line .

Watching from northern bc. I have a 2011 f150, had 7 year 200k km warranty. Trucks been an absolute lemon. Front calipers have been replaced under warranty 3 times, it’s off warranty now and I’ve already done them once and having to do them again now. Watching this to see if I can avoid buying new ones again

Unless there is a problem with the 4WD controls, that SHOULD have turned EASILY without an pry bar!!! There are MULTIPLE problems.
Unfortunately THESE vehicles have COMPOUNDING problems! One problem CAUSES and contributes to others!
Bad ABS module, bad brake hose, bad VACUUM PUMP (on turbo models) and vacuum related issues with the 4WD and they ALL tie in together.

Watching from montana! My 06 front drivers side brakes just seized up and almost caught fire ! Barely made it home. What the !! Had new rotors and pads not too long ago. Trying g to figure out what the problem is and get it jacked up and wheels off. I heard something about a air pump but that was in newer years !? Couod it be my caliper just finally broke and got stuck !? Have to figure out what I need for parts

Just us a c clamp and see if the piston will move. If it does then check the flex line for blockage. Capers do seize.

Did you attempt bleeding breaks at any point before replacing the lines. My breaks will bleed but still cease up.
