Night Ranger's best song. Also one of the best songs of all time to drive fast too. Pedal always went to the metal when this song came on. Especially the guitar solos and the end of the song.

I was 10 years old when this debut on MTV in 1982. My mouth dropped when i heard Brad and Jeff's solos! They were a fresh new sound! Thanks for the upload! 👍
I saw Night Ranger in 1981 at a Sacramento, California Day On The Green. They opened for Gamma, Santana and Doobie Brothers. It was hot AF, but worth the pain
Glad to see this video back on RUclips, for it was posted on here eight years ago but it was sadly taken down due to a "copyrights issue". Hopefully,it'll stay on here(RUclips) a lot more longer this time.
This video was on HEAVY rotation on MTV when it dropped. I was in Junior High and I loved watching it over and over!!! I remember Brad Gillis replacing Randy Rhodes for a short stint in Ozzy’s band. Finally in 2011, I saw Night Ranger open for Journey and it brought me back to the good all days singing this song and “Sister Christian.” You're motoring! What's your price for flight? In finding mister right! You'll be alright tonight.”
One of so many songs and bands from the '80s I can still jam to. Saw Night Ranger open for Cheap Trick in 1985. It was even a better bill than it sounds, as Night Ranger put on such a great show, sounded just as good and tight as their recordings. Brad Gillis and that red Charvel of his just impressed the hell out of me. I had to talk to him after the show. And Cheap Trick...they just loved playing in my hometown, as they'd always perform there when they toured. Those of us who got to experience the '80s are so damned lucky!
Yes! praise the upload, this is a treasure--needs to stay up. Just such a killer song! Fierce, and so rocking; so nostalgic too. One of the best 80s songs and total Mtv classic!
About time! I was 16 in 85' and this was the first song I ever sang live at a Jr. High School talent show and then a Festival talent show. To this very day when I run into my black classmates, they sing the chorus ... loudly when they see me! Great times!
Watson shredding on that solo!🤘 I was right against the front rail at Great America Redwood amphitheater as he threw his pick and went for another and continued shredding as it landed right on the bannister in front of me where i was rocking out as 14 year old. Haha. I had the pick up until last year. It was a metal polished pick punctured in the middle. I'm assuming it was for a better grip.
