      Partied with Eddie back in 1982 prior to a super concert at Arrowhead. The dude was beyond cool. In fact the concert started late because they couldn't find him. Funny part was, he was in our room totally oblivious to the time.

      Didn't even find out at this it happened on my 48th birthday, so no wonder I heard them play him on the radio while I was driving that day. Even though he's right up there with the rest of the great classic rock, radio stations didn't play him as much as I used to, and I didn't even hear them mention this until just today from an ex-girlfriend in another state, and also just heard about Ric Ocasek. Wow! This sucks! RIP Eddie and Ric

      No such place in heaven..For God is a Holy God and no sinners enter there in...No drunkards, lustful, lascivious, unclean people...to name a few...Those who repent of their sins, and live according to Gods commands, can enter into his presence...Now there is another place call hell, and Satan has open arms for all who reject Gods ways...Just like He did...So he patiently waits for those who rejected the plan of salvation through Christ...

    • @cristylo5000
      @cristylo5000 5 лет назад +2

      @Sal Salinas I had respect for him but he is gone...What really concerns me is the soul, and that is what matters to God more than anything...He does not want anyone to go to the other side...But the way we live now we will know in judgment day who will enter into the Gods Kingdome and who will not...Satan wanted to take Gods place and he was banned from heaven because he sinned against God...The living has two paths to choose the narrow that leads to God or the wide path with all its temptations...Look at the way these people have lived their lives, the majority wasted...And God hates to see them in this condition it hurts him...But what do you know...Go read the book...And thanks for the foul word you called me...I forgive you and for that Iw ill never stop praying for you. About 4 years ago, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eddie after one of his shows. I waited in line to be last with the hope I would have a chance at more than a simple hello and thank you. I was struck by his kindness, sincerity and patience. He spoke of his tremendous pride and love for his wife and children. When I told Eddie I first saw him perform in 1982 when he and The Clash opened on The Who's farewell tour, he asked me how I enjoyed The Who's performance. Then he said, "I loved The Who, but The Clash were assholes!" Rest in peace, Eddie. Thanks for helping me during the tough years.-Vincent E. Carlson, Esq., North Muskegon, Michigan.

      Here’s my take on your comment-
      I saw Eddie in concert in the 80s, so yeah he was still young, and this chick up against the stage grabbed his crotch a couple times. My friend and I are thinking “he’ll bring her backstage “, but on the song break he starts talking to her thru the mic saying “I’m a married man, you can’t do that stuff “ Class act guy- great songs and entertainer.

      I sat next to him on a flight from Nashville to Houston once after seeing him in concert the night before. I totally agree. Very nice guy.

    Eddie Money WAS the 80s. It's a damn shame he's gone now. What a great artist he was. He really captured the era of the 80s flawlessly.
