Nice video but I'd like to add that you should also sink your body's weight down at the moment of impact because some people kick freakishly hard. I know what it is to drop down from hard kickers so based off of my experience I'd also sink my weight downwards so that my balance base is solid for me to stay standing.

The guy in the white shirt seemed to me to be both absorbing kicks on the palm of his hand and other times to be swatting kicks down a little bit with the palm of his hand. Does this mean that it is done both of these ways?

Ya I remember a rubber hose with lead end 8 in long. It hit on left ribs & just before I could grab it the lead hit the right ribs. I eventually grabbed it & held on while my foot ruptured his small intestine. It broke 2 bones in my hand. Blocking is great, but after a block JAM THEM UP before next hit RETALIATE!!!!!!!!@! & remember HE IS KILLING YOU!

Yes indeed i had bought his dvds way back when these first came out i just wonder how good his nexus course is since he teaches that only in person so it must be light years more advanced than this origional course was.
