Four Weddings

Not all weddings are about marrying a Prince. This documentary tells the story of four special weddings around the world from the point of view of the bride. Featuring a British woman unsure of the future, a soldier discharged from Iraq, a high society Indian wedding and a rural Romanian celebration, this is what really happens behind the scenes on the wedding day.

On the side I didn't know that you'll be penalised or discharge for being homosexual in the US army. That's what I concluded from ESMERALDA and her partner story.

Arranged marriage in India (which happens in 80-90% of cases) is often considered a business transaction between the two families. Having said that though, Indian marriages are generally stable and centered on strong family values. Caring for one's children doesn't stop even if they're grown up.

Ade Ola I am a Rajpoot , the same community whose wedding you saw in this. My sisters also had arranged marriages, but they are both very happy. Don't always assume we need some saving. Also westerners take all the time in the world to marry and yet have the highest divorce rates.
