A tip for cleaning up the drill holes . I use a butane jet lighter / micro torch and just do a quick pass or 2 with it to smooth things out around the edge of the hole.. just be quick cause it can melt the plastic easy too 😅. Also works well for anyone who doesn't have a large enough drill bit and have to use a utility blade to cut the holes , heat the area to cut , softer and easier to cut 👍

Sorry but clear line is not good for hydroponics it lets the light hit the nutrient water

Never use clear tubing bro....light in means algae. You really need to step up your game when it comes to dwc. You did not talk about the importance of water temps. Anything even approaching room temp will root rot you out in days. You cannot use tap water for dwc. Most cities use chloramine...which does not evap out ever!! Your water in dwc is your life and the starting quality has to be r/o for sure. No good info here.....

Sharma. I think most people and myself included found the video informative. I've done hydroponics for years and am well aware of the up's and downs. That being said you sound like a lil bitch. Go troll elsewhere.

Nathan..Some people are not aware of the ups and downs and this is important information that first time growers can use to avoid problems...as someone that has "grown for years" u should be aware of these issues and see them as a problem...which is not addressed in this video...go be a lil bitch somewhere else.

dave strom I agree Dave. I tried the over priced RO water and I found more issues with my weed. There is a reason it’s a weed. It’s because a weed can be grown anywhere in any conditions. You can nuke a weed with weed killer. It will still come back. Most of these growers don’t even know how to spot root rot, or powedery mildew witch is even worse than a little chemical in my water. Sorry. I have grown for ages and only once used RO water. Just a gimmick.

You are correct in what you're saying except there's no problems with using tap water
I don't know what the heck you're talking about.
If using RO water you need to add calmag supplement.
Majority of times tap water does not need it.
If you have a high chlorine content where you live then let the water set out for 24 hours to let the chlorine evaporate, problem solved

that "water level indicator" is so ghetto. Don't do that people. there are simple 90 degree elbows designed for such use case. Plus, you NEED a blue hose tube. Not clear. Clear will grow algae. ignore everything this dude says
