You know I'm going to be straight up when Josh came on board I was a bit hesistant just because of his vibe but as time goes on you can truly tell he is a craftsman and knows his shit. Props to Josh because I'm sure he doesn't get it enough! You're killing it!
There was a show called JDM legends I used to watch a long time ago and josh built cars on there then one day I see him in Tommy’s video, not sure what happened with the show but I’m stoked he’s working for Tommy seems like a great guy to have around
I've always liked Hert. Hes a big humble teddy who can twerk any car. (Sure they mostly break) But, i know once the GTR is finished, its going to be a shredder. One that he can really drive around and not constantly worry about how nice it is and baby it. Thats a skyline to be driven.. Hard. Glad to see Hert owns it. Better than seeing her get parted out.
The fact that we haven’t seen a big props to the backbone of this movement is troubling honestly. I’m not saying he isn’t happy or compensated well but at least let the fans know how you feel about him. Doesn’t need to cost you a GTR LOL
@@mrwhite7222 Lol how do you know he doesn't get props? Just because you don't see it it doesn't mean he is. Someone as famous and skilled as him wouldn't stay here if shit wasn't good for him.

Hert is a good dude. I know Tommy wants the GTR restoration business. He could cover so many more restorations as far as cars go. I still believe older cars refurbished are a better value than the over priced cars of today. Look at what Toyota is trying to do with their key fob situations.
I love this type of video. Basically it's behind the scenes stuff and it's great that you are this transparent and it speaks volumes of you and your company.

I’m so jealous of that HKS RB26 engine. Was checking those out the other day and are going for $40,000 for R34, and $36,500 for R32/R33. So if you don’t already own a shell or chassis of a GTR you’re paying a premium just for a imported car that may or may not be thrashed. Assuming it’s not thrashed, then expect to spend as much or more on parts as what you paid for the whole car. Tommy out here doing Gods work, and best of all he actually gives a shit about the culture and takes pride in his work….and even better he takes pride in keeping these classic pieces of art using period correct parts instead of ruining them with riced out parts. Getting a good rb block is straight down to luck! Prp have tested 100’s of blocks and have the data to back it up. They have even tested brand new n1 24u block out of the box that was deemed unusable for big power! All comes down to luck unless it’s been tested first! They even tested a rrr block and it wasn’t any better than a 05u block! So not worth the extra money
Was waiting for someone to mention this.. 05U and N1 can be identical so really spending 8k on a n1 block is pointless ..3.5k aud new for a 05U or go straight to billet
