masoor dal: 1/4 cup
mung dal: 1/4 cup
1 tbsp channa dal
horse gram (muthira): 1/4 cup
1 tsp methi seeds
1 tsp pink himalayan salt

curry leaves
1 small piece ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

I usually don't end up liking alternatives to our traditional white rice dosa as the taste is never to my liking so I was skeptical trying this recipe but I made it and it tasted really good and it was soooo crispy. A lot of foods are avoided in hashimotos thyroiditi.. many ingredients suitable for normal thyroid is not favourable for hashimotos as it's auto immune type. Most of the cereals used here are inflammatory for hashi. Do you have any alternatives suitable for hashimotos patients
