Fragrance was one of the things that got me through the passing of my wife. 10 years ago she passed away and for the first month I couldn't sleep unless I went and got some of her perfume and sprayed it on her side of the bed. There is great value in fragrance at least there is and was for me. That's why I have recently in the past 6 months or so began to collect fragrances
First of all I’m so sorry for your loss brother. I got into collecting when my dad passed away 2 years ago. He collected fragrances. So I got into it. I love smelling good. So I get it. May god bless u and your family bro
My wife got me Creed Aventus for my birthday from a discounter and paid around $350. It's pricey and I had been wanting it for a while but couldn't muster up the will to drop the money. She surprised me and I completely adore the fragrance. Where I live, not a lot of people wear niche fragrances so I don't have the problem of smelling like everyone else. In my opinion, it's worth it. I also have Mont Blanc Explorer, and it's just not the same. Value is in the eyes of the beholder. Same could be said for any hobby. If you're an experienced guitar player, you could drop $4000 on a guitar and think it's worth every penny, whereas a beginner guitarist would be completely stoked on a $300 guitar.
Same for me, I asked for Montblanc Explorer and I got Creed Aventus. What a surprise. Creed is known for their batch variation, especially on Aventus. This is a very complex fragrance, in the opening you get a whole bunch of fruit and the smoky dry down last a good amount of time. I already owned Zara Vibrant Leather prior to Aventus and the opening is very close, less complex but still fruity in the opening, but it lack performance (2019 batch). As I knew that Aventus was expensive, I purchased other clone, in order to save it for special occasion. So I got Explorer and Armaf Bucephalus XI (why now Club de Nuit Intense Man? that's another story). So those clone are quite different but still smell a lot like Aventus. Explorer have a different opening and slightly bitter from Ambroxan but the smokyness and bitterness perform. Don't project a lot. With Bucephalus XI, the opening is quite different (vanilla) and very strong. Now I know why Aventus is popular and I also get why clones are popular too. Does it worth $300? Yes but it also make me use it less than other cheaper fragrance.
$300 guitar for a beginner? Pfffffffft. ANYWAY, I live in socal and I never run into anyone wearing the same fragrance as me. Glad you’re enjoying your Aventus.
No! expensive fragrances are not worth it because they're just marking up the price for the people who want to feel high status, or that placebo effect you were saying, I don't feel like they're using the price/quality ratio, or do they? there are tons of affordable fragrances out there that may beat the expensive fragrances, it truly depends on you :)
I can remember around 8 or 9 years ago it was in a uk discount store for £20!!! At the time it wasn’t in fashion or even well known! I wish I’d of bought a box full and saved them until now lol. I bought joop and a Calvin Klein instead. For this reason alone I won’t pay the price it is now! No way!!
Expensive fragrances are worth it. Because fragrance is an art form, and when niche fragrance houses like Roja Dove or MFK or Creed create a scent dna, they have all the rights to respect their work and put that in high price, also to fit their customer target, so if they think it's gonna be a superstar like Aventus, they pround of what they made and also want people to feel that (so this point all clones are out, cause they just...clone and change a bit). So if you don't have the same feel with perfumers who made that fragrance, meaning you just don't have the same nose, emotions and just...don't buy it. You love it and want to own the bottle but you want it MUST be cheap? Never gonna happens. I just don't understand why people complain when all you can do is stop buying it if you dont want to.
Always been wearing two scents, Aqua Di Gio and Issey Miyake. Neither of them comes with a flashy price tag but they have gotten me great compliments all these years. The video has been very helpful in deciding since I have been longing to get Aventus. Love from Islamabad!
I’m new to getting into fragrances, but I enjoy them no matter how expensive they may be. I go through real depression sometimes, to the point I may not feel like showering or personal upkeep. So when I buy a new fragrance it kinda helps wanna get up and get going to enjoy the smell throughout the day if that makes sense. So sometimes it may not be about the price but how it just makes you feel or how a certain fragrance has sentimental value.
My most expensive I have right now is Layton. I do think they are worth it but I think these companies should be giving free samples. I like what PDM did a few weeks ago with their samples. You pay $50 and they sent you 5 male 5 female and gave you a coupon for $50. I think that’s a perfect way for someone to try the scents without either party really getting taken advantage of.
Yes sir! Still some women might prefer Sauvage above Aventus, and i'm a Creed fan, which means that before women see the price tag of Creed, they won't like it or like you that much, and that is unfortunate.
Can you talk about how to smell for the occasion? Just like how I've learnt from your other videos about dressing for the part you want to be. Because yes, you can wear fragances only for yourself but it's one of the things that also affects the ones surrounding you, whether they want it or not. Like on a packed train. For example: Which fragances are better for wearing on a work day where you'll be out for 8 hours? How about for a special occasion? What are the kinds of scents that people generally associate with something or someone?
The most expensive fragrance I bought was a 200ml Versace Dylan Blue and 150ml of D&G The One. College student, don't think I'll need a refill for a while
My most expensive fragrance is blue de Chanel. To be honest, when I first smelled it, I wasn’t as exited for it as everyone else on the internet. I was actually getting more pleasure from Missioni for a long time. it took me a few months to actually enjoy BDC. Now I enjoy it, not because it’s expensive, but because I’ve acquired a taste for it.
Kind of weird, but I bought a bottle of Creed "Aventus" in Manhattan by mistake! Received a sample on the 1st floor @ Saks 5th Ave., then went upstairs with my wife to look for clothes. My wife thought the cologne was very good, so before we left I bought a bottle. I thought something was wrong as I swiped my card. The price!! I would not have bought it if I knew, I had never heard of Creed, which is a old British company based in Paris. The best part is that everytime I wore the cologne at least one person commented on it. I have never had a cologne that drew that much attention. That said I have never paid that much before!
It's arguably my most complimented frag I have.I def agree.I payed retail for Creed many times so i know what you mean, but if your ever in Paris,it's literally half off at the boutiques.I bought many bottles from there, but just as a example.I bought a 50 ml of Green Irish Tweed for 136 Euros,it's 310 USD here in the States. On top of it being way cheaper,Paris has a VAT tax refund for non EU residents If you spend 175 Euros on anything in retail, you get 12% back when you show your passport and get the paperwork.I go a couple of times a year. It's so crucial. This past Jan I went and brought at least 6 or 7 bottles home from Creed,Frederic Malle,Parfums De Marly,MFK,Parle Moi de Parfums etc,not only are they cheaper there, after my tax refund paperwork.I got hundreds of Euros back in my refund. After shopping in Europe,it blows anything out of the water I ever experienced.Peace
My opinion: No! Their production cost is around 20 bucks Maximum and you really pay for the brand. There are good clones for alternatives for a tenth of the price
Correct their production costs are probably cheap. Having said that no you’re likely not going to find a good clone. Most of them are trash and use crap ingredients. Creeds production costs maybe cheap but they do use quality ingredients
@@andydrew3320 no even clone houses use sometimes higher quality ingredients you will be suprised, check out scentlibrary on IG version, its actually better then aventus and lasts the distance
Andy Drew parfums vintage have a clone named emperor extrait! Fragrance youtubers have praised them! Some even say its so close that its not worth buying aventus!!
In the case of Creed and overall niche perfumers, the production cost is twice, if not several times higher than simply 20 dollars. I think you refer to the designer colognes.
Awesome point about marketing placebo effect and 100% true. Id argue vast majority of people WILL be more confident knowing they wear something valuable
The same could be said for many "luxury" cars. Many of the luxury cars have less features than models priced at half the price. It's all about the brand and status.
its about the luxury cars gainning value over time some appreciate by over 1-5 million over a 1 year period. --- were as perfumes dont appreciate in value but lose value with every spray. and unlike cars they are not limited to 1 of 500 or 1 of 100.
@@MrLiquidxIce This isn’t entirely true. Aventus bottles manufactured in 2011 are selling for $4000 on EBay. It all depends on the brand and the history.
@@MrLiquidxIce The vast majority of luxury vehicles actually depreciate, and usually at a much higher rate than most economy cars. Sure, there are exceptions for very limited or classic vehicles but the average Mercedes, BMW, Bentley,Etc. will drastically lose its value as soon as it drives off the lot. Most people don’t purchase luxury vehicles as an asset, but as a disposable luxury item.
@@RealMenRealStyle currently, I use Eau de toilette from NEXT and Quorum. However, I still need to find what my favourite perfume is. Hopefully in the future when I have the capital to experiment and afford different perfumes, I'll be able to truly know my 'favourite perfumes'
The Aviation Channel try Jaguar Pace if you want a fresh shower gel scent. Davidoff Cool Water is also a great fresh scent although it’s not so modern. Or if you want something unique I recommend Dunhill Icon. All these shouldn’t be much more than your budget, maybe 10 euro or so and there really quality fragrances.
You make a GREAT point. Fragrances are highly subjective. I do feel a lot of these fragrances are overpriced, but if you like it and have the money for it then why not
I think creed Aventis is worth it cause I use 3 sprays and i can still smell it on my clothes the next day. The quality and longevity is there so I say it is worth it.
I use many fragrances and switch it up daily. I work around many people and when I use creed aventus, I always get compliments from random people all the time. Due to the many compliments, compared to everything else I use, I would say yes, I will pay the price.
You fragrance guys in these vlogs are like the ingredients in the fragrances! One of you are the top-note, one in the middle and other in the base! But like in the classic fragrance, you are doing the status for these classics!
I debated paying $300 for a bottle of PDM Carlisle for a while. I decided to buy it and I’ll buy it forever. Some scents are totally worth it while others from the same house (cough Perceval…) are not. I think the important thing with niche is don’t blind or impulse buy. If you sample and find yourself thinking about that fragrance a week later… buy it and wear it with some serious confidence.
For me, Hell no. I can't justify spending more than $100 for a fragrance in my mind, but considering I work in a blue collar industry if someone at work asked what I was wearing & I said Creed, they would think the boxing movies. That said, I still try to be creative and find things that fit my personality & style with the way I dress. The most expensive fragrance I own is Maison Margiela's Replica At The Barbers.
Great video and love the notes on how psychology can create our perceptions on if high end things are worthwhile to us or not. Many of Creed’s fragrances are on my list to try one day. My most expensive, so far, cologne is Dior Homme Parfum. Cheap? Not at all, but I love it, and much of Dior’s line, and get many compliments when I wear it.
It is always fun to watch fragrance reviews. I personally feel I like nice things, but there are certain items that are just not worth paying through the nose for (nothing against those who do). I have learned to be the best with what I have to work with. I don't knock what I haven't tried nor do I get all hyped about certain things, because they are said to be the best. Like what you like, and always strive to do what is best for you...
Hey Captain, you might get a laugh out of this. I graduated high school in 1970 and got a job at the O-club Moffett Naval Air Station. On Friday nights pilots would fly in from all over the country to RON near San Francisco. Marine and Navy fighters would line the ramp with these drop tanks used for carrying weekend bags. Most of the east coast pilots would put a case of Coors from the exchange into one of these tanks for a flight home on Monday. Working behind the bar as a bar boy I heard that one Marine pilot had not done something right and when he got back to his base and opened the tank all the beer had exploded inside which got him in trouble with his command. Semper Fi!!
If you love it, it's worth it. But as with most things, try before you buy. My most expensive fragrance is Elixir Oriëntal Sublime by Profumeria Franco. Bought a bottle back in 2016 in Venice (the perfume store at Ponte di Rialto) for about €100. Fun (or maybe not) fact: the lady at the store told me you could only buy it at the perfume store and nowhere else. Looked them up recently and they also sell online now.........at around €200 a bottle.......yikes. But still looking to pick up a bottle of their Elixir Oud Intanse. About the scent: It smells really warm, cozy. Strong amber and wood with subtle floral touches, but really more oily than alcoholic. Fascinating smell. Performance and projection with my skin complexity is very good, don't overspray this. The bottles are all hand-blown glass with an old school style atomizer.
You can purchase 2 bottles of creed aventus, one from the creed house and the other from a creed outlet with both having different batch codes and yet you may find that you prefer one above the other. You get what you pay for is not always the case.
@@ynoter Its a fragrance that I have been using since 12 years old (24 years old now) that I just kept using because I was still getting compliments. Over the past 3 years I started trying different fragrances based on reviews online.
While I definitely think quality products are worth a higher price, I still think Aventus is overhyped. It is a great scent and well made, but the hype makes it too expensive.
Maybe I’m bias but the CDNIM parfum drydown smells better than Aventus to me. My creed sits on the shelf. I can’t let it go because I know I’ll buy another bottle just to say I have it, but I rarely ever wear it.
It is like buying apple products, are they the best? NO, but they are expensive and the people who buy them feel they are "exclusive" because have an expensive thing.
I would rather buy something little less pricey . Perfumes are actually the best investment we can make! It instantly gives people around good opinion about us
My favorite is Aventus and actually own like 5 different bottles from 2014- 2019 as the batches are different . But I do not pay retail as you can get it for like half the cost in Facebook fragrance groups .
I tried Creed once in a store (Nordstrom?). Though it smelled ok, I wasn't impressed enough to think it was worth the price. I preferred a less expensive cologne. My favorite is the original men's cologne made by Victoria secret.
@@Thisfutureman Victoria Secret is a major brand. I assume you're still young and in school otherwise you would know that. It uses quality ingredients.
Obviously the actual smell of a fragrance is subjective but when it comes to other factors such as projection and longevity do higher end fragrances have an edge?
Just got a bottle of Aventus for $330USD. By no means is my nose trained, but damn. I can distinguish between the different ingredients used. It pleasantly greats your nose with different notes throughout the day. Begins with pineapple & transitions to birch wood with a hint of smoke then toward the end of the day, vanilla/birch with musky notes. Just a masterpiece.
The problem is that I took the risk of buying such expensive fragrance (Aventus), and the performance was not as expected. Later on I heard about the new batches thing that are not the same as the old ones. I felt so bad about it.
Exact !! Let's realistics, as of today, it's not worth buying it... The notion of the reformulations that it carries has been lost and with each one, they have raised the price to infinity and beyond... Here in my city, I have seen its price drop from €330 to €210 in a few months, it must be for a reason...
I worked at a bank and watched one of the hierarchies arrive with his cologne on. At lunch he would re apply and the same towards end of day, I would ask myself why not just buy a higher quality cologne? I see the same at clubs as well. I apply my scent(s) once not 2 and 3 times. So if I am paying say $50.00 / bottle and need three times as much, I am still spending $150.00 + inconvenience.
Creed Aventus is worth it to me. I got most of the top colognes you speak of on several videos. Some of them are alright to me but many others like it. Some I like a lot. Creed Aventus is my fav to smell on me. Seems to get the most compliments as well. I wear it a couple times a week. Yeah, it’s expensive but a big bottle will go a long way. Expensive means less people will be rocking it as well. As we know most men don’t even wear cologne. Add a cologne like aventus. I never smelled it on anyone ever before. I’m good with it and love aventus. Just hope they don’t change it to much as time goes on, water it down. Can’t trust some places buying it. I buy it directly from Creed to ensure I get the real deal. Could save $50 or so buying from a legitimate site but I hear rumors where they aren’t what they should be. Just went to the main source.
In the short run placebo effect can help con people but soon enough the market learns and the product reaches its rite place. Sometimes the product may be using premium ingredients but unless people feel its presence it's no use. Like the cooling effect after brushing. The soapy smell of disinfectant after cleaning.although fragrance has nothing to do with the surface is cleaned or not.
I cant wait to smell it for myself. I find it to be worth the money only if you like it. It may last a few years and you can smell and feel amazing all you want.
No way!!
I live in paris, and here you buy creed in the store at 150 or 200€ max and it’s already more than before because of the hype, but still worth it. Im never gonna pay 500 for it just because of the hype in the us, even amouages are cheaper and they are the the highest quality possible
I've had armaf cdn before and had gotten lots of compliments, one time someone asked me if I'm wearing armaf cdn or creed aventus, I just smiled knowing I can't afford creed aventus, I've never smelled creed aventus before so I wonder how it really compares with armaf cdn
My problem is I buy the clones and love the fragrance so much I end up buying the real deal ( Green Irish tweed, Layton, Creed, etc). It may be time to start skipping the clone phase .. I've been considering a Tudor watch, but I really just need to save for the Rolex I really want.
the most exsensive fragrance i own was 55 bones im a blue collar working stiff and just wont pay creed prices i do how ever wear armaf just because i like them
I prefer some darker, less fruity perfumes over Creed Aventus, like Amouage Memoir. It's a little bit cheaper too, although it's still an expensive perfume nonetheless
first time I smelled Aventus I felt like heaven before I knew what da heck was that smell or what brand or what is some form of essential oil or what? Then I lifted the sample and it was written Creed Ventus, and then I googled it and THEN I knew it’s something huge, but before knowing the price, I felt like everything around me was yellow kinda colorish stuff, it was amazing , Just by smelling a goddamn sample, wow that was cool.
You have to be very careful though. Try samples of the original and clones. I impulse bought the Club de Nuit Intense Man first and was amazed at the power and longevity. I later bought a mini bottle of Aventus and it definitely smells high quality but doesn't last long on my skin...
So...I don’t know what’s it like in the US, but $500 is nowhere near a months rent in Ireland. Lowest rent you’ll pay in Dublin is upwards of €1,500 (or like $1,600)
Not usually in an area where I can just sample these really expensive colognes. I did blind buy a 0.27 oz. travel size of PDM Carlisle from FragranceNet for under $30, and it became my favorite fragrance. I also picked up an $8 sample of Amouage Jubilation XXV and was thankful I didn't pay for a full travel size (smelled like a less smoky version of Aramis -- not for me). We traveled to an area with a Neiman Marcus and the staff helped me test and judge several expensive colognes, finally choosing Creed Aventis for one arm and Clive Christian Blonde Amber on the other. There was a salesperson there specifically for Clive Christian, and he gave me the grand tour of their fragrances, and I admittedly liked all of them. Creed Aventis smells pretty good, but completely gone from my skin in 3 hours. So, no -- that isn't worth the cash for me. However, 10 hours later I can still smell the Blonde Amber and I say "Oh, wow" out loud every time I smell it. So, yeah, I just might be buying that one.
I love Creed fragrances. I have Aventus and Green Irish Tweed and currently saving my money for Viking. The quality as well as the longevity make them worth it to me. I also buy from discounters and don't pay MSRP. Is it for everyone? Definitely not, but if you love fragrances and it's your hobby, then it MAY be for you. Try them first! High end fragrances are not a blind purchase!
YES! I agree! It's subjective! Like our taste in art (and in women)! I definitely think that Aventus is worth the price and am grateful that BECAUSE of the price, not everyone and their brother are wearing it!
My priciest fragrance is diesel - only the brave tatto. It's not really expensive, but 90€ is still a bit. Also, i remember i saw a video once, where it was explained that you don't just pay for the fragrance, but also the memories you associate to it. What do you think about this?
If something is worth the money is simple math and depends on your personal situation. When you spend money on something like a fragrance always think if the benefit of purchasing this fragrance is bigger than the benefit of something else you would've bought otherwise. If you struggle to afford food at the end of the month, buying an expensive niche fragrance is definitely not worth it. even a cheap $30 fragrance would not be worth it. If you have all you basic needs covered, but your entire wardrobe is worn out or nothing in it actually fits you, don't buy an expensive fragrance, buy some new clothes that fit you instead. But if you have everything covered, your style is on point and you want that little bit extra on top, I think high quality fragrances can do that.
The most expensive perfume i ever bought was creed aventus 120ml bottle. Its a very very good perfume. Love it. I also have reflection man from amouage. Virgin island water smels like a drink we get in suriname DAWAT. Same exact smel.not worth the money.
I have Creed Original Santal...and WOW. I get a similar reaction from women as well when wearing it compared to when I wear Burberry London and Dior Sauvage. This is all prior to them knowing what I’m wearing and most do not know of the Creed brand.
I fortunately can afford Creed Aventus. But I haven't bought it for the simple reason of all the rumours of new batches that lack in performance. Until I get confirmation of a batch being a good performer, I won't pull the trigger.
@@RealMenRealStyle Dolce and Gabbana light blue I been going against the cologne gods and wearing it year round 😁 I'm from Springfield, MA really can't enhance the fragrance in winters 😉👍🏿 thanks again your the man!! 🙌🏿
I was thinking about buying a bottle of Aventus just the other week, but one thing made me think twice: the performance of recent batches. The net is full of negative reviews related to recent batches. I have no problem with the high-end price, but if I am going to pay a high end price, I expect high end performance, no compromise. And that’s where I decides to wait it out. Now that Creed has been acquired by Black Rock, I expect the performance to drop further. Any advice from the ones who have recently purchased Aventus?
You’re going to have to do some research 😅. Many Facebook fragrance groups and some websites post Aventus batch codes and their experiences with them such as more smoky, fruity, woody, vanilla and more/less longevity. From there purchase decants of what you think might be more to your liking. That’s the best way you know you will be happy with your acquisition. Another route would be to buy a clone. My recommendation would be parfums vintage. About 3/4 of their fragrances are different variations of Aventus batches and they even have a chart😂
It smells amazing , £270 in uk , but my 2 go to fragrances have to be Versace Eros and Dior savauge. I wouldn't pay £270 for the creed when i can get same results from the other two for less than £100
Same. I love Creed. They just smell so damn amazing! I do buy off discounted sites. Just ordered Original Vetiver a few hours ago to add to the collection. Thanks Antonio
Similar to a fake Rolex, I don’t like clones because it’s just not the same thing. Scent is subjective, but you buy a creed for the smell and for the experience. I think the most expensive fragrance I own is creed royal oud or my 4 oz bottle of aventus.

You pay $50 and they sent you 5 male 5 female and gave you a coupon for $50. I think that’s a perfect way for someone to try the scents without either party really getting taken advantage of.
I love Creed Aventus! Considering it an art form is well said. It's very subjective.
No, but I know women really love good cologne on men, really at all times. Fragrances are more important then men realize.
Only if you are a smelly gent.
For example:
Which fragances are better for wearing on a work day where you'll be out for 8 hours?
Exactly
My opinion:
No!
Well, it goes everything. Clothes, watches, cars, paints. Production cost doesn’t really matter if you love it.
Terre d’ Hermès is my fav right now and most expensive.
The same could be said for many "luxury" cars. Many of the luxury cars have less features than models priced at half the price. It's all about the brand and status.
its about the luxury cars gainning value over time some appreciate by over 1-5 million over a 1 year period.
---
were as perfumes dont appreciate in value but lose value with every spray.
and unlike cars they are not limited to 1 of 500 or 1 of 100.
For now as a student, I'll be living on my £10-£20 perfumes 😅
What's your favorite perfume?
I do feel a lot of these fragrances are overpriced, but if you like it and have the money for it then why not
My most expensive fragrance I own: Creed Green Irish Tweed and Parfum de Marly Sedley. Both are amazing.
I really like this video. A very cool perspective on the topic of fragrances.
If your a fragrance collector it won’t apply collector pay too dollar for real deal
Semper Fi!!
Blue de Chanel is the most expensive I've spent on.
Terre D'Hermes is my most expensive. $120, absolutely love the juice.
Bleu De Chanel "Parfum" is very bad. Mostly you smell alcohol, water and in the backround smells cheap weak aroma.
Cloud VII Do you prefer edt or edp?
You get what you pay for is not always the case.
i agree.
Worth it, find I don’t have to use as much or reapply throughout the day due to quality.
My collection: Perry Ellis 360 deg red, Invictus and Savauge.
Solid collection here!
how do u like 360 red?
@@ynoter Its a fragrance that I have been using since 12 years old (24 years old now) that I just kept using because I was still getting compliments. Over the past 3 years I started trying different fragrances based on reviews online.
While I definitely think quality products are worth a higher price, I still think Aventus is overhyped. It is a great scent and well made, but the hype makes it too expensive.
Thanks for doing all this research! It was fascinating!

I fell in love with it the first time i put it on
Worth is subjective. That said I can think of countless things I’d rather spend that kind of money on
I am liking your vidoes, You have honesty and great presentation style that connects.... and ofcourse not snooby!! subscribed.
I will say Creed Aventis is the best men’s cologne I’ve ever smelled in my life
It's hard to understand why would someone pay such high price for a cologne, until you try it and see people's reaction as well.
It really depends on what you do & how you do to go get it.
I tried Creed once in a store (Nordstrom?). Though it smelled ok, I wasn't impressed enough to think it was worth the price. I preferred a less expensive cologne. My favorite is the original men's cologne made by Victoria secret.
What's the full name bro of that cologne you talking about got me curious 👀
Yeah but you forget that non niche brands are most made by chemicals to and luxery brands dont
@@Sixgod27 "Very sexy for him"
I personally prefer the original one and not the second one. Both are ok though.
What do you guys think about pi by givenchy? That's the most expensive and one of the only colognes I've tried so i don't have much to compare it to.
I just bought one and it last till next day i love it
I love the slop outta my creed Aventus numerous comps!!!
Damn Antonio you have all the creeds! Which do you prefer creed or parfum de marly
No way!!
I live in paris, and here you buy creed in the store at 150 or 200€ max and it’s already more than before because of the hype, but still worth it. Im never gonna pay 500 for it just because of the hype in the us, even amouages are cheaper and they are the the highest quality possible
Thanks Jonathan!
$150 for a cologne is a good mark. Quality is what I emphasize.
Bleu Chanel is a great fragrance!! But I haven't tried to Creed yet!
I've been considering a Tudor watch, but I really just need to save for the Rolex I really want.
the most exsensive fragrance i own was 55 bones im a blue collar working stiff and just wont pay creed prices i do how ever wear armaf just because i like them
Nailed it
I prefer some darker, less fruity perfumes over Creed Aventus, like Amouage Memoir. It's a little bit cheaper too, although it's still an expensive perfume nonetheless
Brian Patrick van Oers Memoir is really nice dark scent! Like walking through a foggy forest during a misty morning.
first time I smelled Aventus I felt like heaven before I knew what da heck was that smell or what brand or what is some form of essential oil or what?
Not sure if I could answer if it's worth it, can't judge when never been experience with it. Most expensive I own would be Tom Ford tobacco vanilla.
Is it that expensive in the US? i bought it 7 years ago when it was non commercial for 180 € in Switzerland.
D&G Light Blue was my first that i purchased,
What a awesome video I learned alot from it
If something is worth the money is simple math and depends on your personal situation.
People stop me on the street to ask me what I’m wearing, creed is a masterpiece
I fortunately can afford Creed Aventus. But I haven't bought it for the simple reason of all the rumours of new batches that lack in performance. Until I get confirmation of a batch being a good performer, I won't pull the trigger.
You should talk more about creed 💯
Great video, definitely not paying that much for a cologne! Smells great but that price brings you back to reality! 👍🏿

About 3/4 of their fragrances are different variations of Aventus batches and they even have a chart😂
excellent video on this topic!
