Ooo, I didn't make one 🙈. I created an outline but never wrote one with all my family stuff going on. I should go back and do that!
Hee Hee...if I find that 'bills' are piling up on the counter can I donate THEM? LOL Sure would like to some days. You actually inspired me by the "What is the One Best Thing I Can Do Today". I have been SO productive, just with that one little tool. I put a notebook sheet on my fridge & each day added something. It gets me motivated to do the things that I walk past 19xs a day & never do - stupid little tasks. Once I get that out of the way, I find that I am more energetic towards other bigger tasks, because mentally I feel that I have accomplished the necessary thing already. I have managed to scrub all my cupboard fronts, deep clean the bathroom, organize my bedroom, etc... I have been able to rearrange/clean out/organize my entire kitchen - with some fresh eyes on economy of movement, time saving, & some new storage ideas.
I love stéphanie albra.. she is from the netherlands just like me.. love listening to you and her while i do homemaking or laundry ❤❤

What is the super helpful mop and wood cleaner you are using on the hardwood floors?
Yes! My husband found it on Amazon and liked that it rings out the dirty water. amzn.to/3PmkrGQ (this is an affiliated link) and I use the Method hard wood cleaner amzn.to/3TiOxfN (also affiliated). I like the almond smell a lot so I actually use it on our tile as well, although I'm sure it's not recommended.

I also don't deep clean in one setting. I will do maybe one room one day and another on another day.
Wha a beautiful wind your laundry is receiving, just as these words have become like a great breeze of important words to my ears.
I do not want to be a friend of the world, but I do want to love the people in the world and take care of the world God gave me. I spent a year or two letting myself start to befriend the world and allowed some bitterness to take root in me. It was really bad and I see how God used that to remind me that I was not as strong as I thought I was in Him.
Wow this is so beautiful. I feel like God is reminding me of this as well! So beautifully worded though! I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't deep clean in one setting.

At 52, I can tell you that pursuing perfection is a waste of time.
Love it! That is one for me to remember!
I repeat a mantra to my younger friends...People over Things....Progress over Perfection! I ruined my health trying to run after perfection. Now, If I have it IN my home I USE it in my home (fancy dishes, fancy clothes, Linens, etc...) no point in saving it. For what? After I die someone can set a nice table? I use fancy china when little kids come over - they will never learn to treat things kindly if they don't have things that should be treated kindly. But if they break something? Oh, well. There are all sorts of websites to buy missing pieces of china to a set LOL I would rather use the time I have on this earth pouring love into those who grace my 'world' than scrubbing floors all week. (obviously, I try to maintain a hygienic & tidy home, but it no longer 'rules' me. I am having too much fun doing other things with the people I love)
