    I have been praying for guidance and instruction on how to be a Christian homemaker. Your videos are a Godsend. I am so thankful that you listened to the Holy Spirit and courageously started this video series. I'm about a year reborn and I have struggled in this area. I am 43 years old. God turned my life around with the snap of a finger but he is guiding me gently in reform. Thank you again. I pray to God's favor over you.

    Thank you for opening my eyes to 1 Peter 3:2, which gives instructions for wives whose husbands do not believe in the Good News. I feel like I had never seen this passage before today, even though I read the whole Bible last year. Thank you again for the wonderful video!

    This was so relaxing (watching you make pasta/lasagna while listening to you teach the Word of God. These were so powerful. Many people don't want to admit that they are living in sin because they find themselves to be "good." I love that this proves how we can create idols for ourselves and make us forget what is most important in our lives.

      Don’t feel lazy. Rest is something you’ll be directed to do. These channels are unrealistic and dangerous if you take it as real.

      @@lorelwebber6435 you are so kind- thank you for saying that! I agree that going non stop can be damaging but trust- I was being lazy 😅 because resting would have been napping or watching a show I liked or reading a fun book (not even like true “leisure” but zoning out with a fantasy) and that can be restful for the mind and body.
      -I- was doomscrolling and throwing a pity party because I got woken up in the middle of the night for 7 minutes (truly the worst thing to happen to anybody ever 🙃) and had decided that for dinner the kids were going to have to fend for themselves and also probably we were going to become nudists because I was tired of doing laundry.
      So… I probably needed the motivational nudge of “hey you can do this and also you should probably feed your kids”
      But! No way for you to know that. And there are definitely people who place their worth on their productivity and how trad and feminine they look and if they watch videos like this too much I’m sure that can enforce the feelings of “must be productive all the time”
      So I do appreciate the reminder that social media isn’t reality!

    Wow. I sat down to my afternoon chill session before making dinner & bam another great video. Very thought provoking. I am now sensing that I may have used a bit of guile on my 2 priests. Need to do some further reflection on that. Something good came out of it, but am thinking that perhaps that is why there were/are some obstacles in my path concerning a women's group that a friend & I started. 🤔 None of us are immune to it & it can be hard to reflect on every single action of every single day. That is why I like your videos/message so much, because you don't claim to do it all/know it all/have it all perfected and that is very genuine to me & it helps me pay attention to my own motives.

    I appreciate your videos. They are very encouraging. But please do not be deceived. Harry Potter is demonic and full of witchcraft. I used to love it too until the Lord opened my eyes to it all. I don’t mean any malice with my comment. Just sharing what the Lord has shown me. God bless you and your family.

      Absolutely 💯 the church does not endorse Harry Potter - for those reasons. It glorifies the occult to children all the way. Lord of the rings and the Hobbit movies = a great alternative! Love & prayers ❤🙏

      I totally understand where you are coming from and respect the kind approach. 😊 I don't believe or glorify or worship or anything to Harry Potter or witchcraft. It's all make-believe, just like fairies, hobbits, trolls, unicorns, etc. People actually living out and performing witchcraft and wizardy is NOT okay. But it is a movie, and I don't think personally there is anything wrong with it if you see it just as a fictional story. I also believe anything we put before God and our relationship with Him is an idol, so whether someone is worshiping and believes in witchcraft vs their material goods is equally idolatry and wrong.

      I wonder how many children first thought about the occult after reading the Harry Potter books and seeing the movies. I see young adults today who are very much into him. God says in the Bible to stay away from the occult. Harry Potter is not just a movie or book.
      I love you and I love your channel but Harry Potter is just opening the door to where we are not supposed to go. In Christian love, Jamie Johnson

      Is all witchcraft inherently bad?
      Powerful people have always existed and of course movies take it way too far.
      It’s a little funny actually because the unicorn was actually added to the bible post King James Version….before that it was an animal that did in fact exist in time ..the one horned rhinoceros.
      One of the things that makes people not enjoy the bible is the fact that it was changed. Also some copies in Hebrew are quite illuminating on many differences.

    With all do respect.
    What do you mean “abstain from the sins that will effect you eternal salvation.“??

    • @Morlla234
      @Morlla234 7 месяцев назад

      I think she means avoid the habitual sins you keep falling into as much as you’re able to, so that they don’t ruin your chance of salvation. That’s the hard work of purgation. It’s not easy to stop our sinful habits because we’re attached to these sins and want to do them. So we need to pray to be given the grace in these moments of the Holy Ghost to aid us and show us the way, and guide us out of the temptation.

      @@Morlla234 salvation cant be lost. If we couldn’t even obtain salvation on our own, how can we maintain it?
      We are saved by grace through faith, that’s it.
      Here are some Bible verses to disprove salvation by works.
      Romans 3:20 (20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.)
      Galatians 2:16 (16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.)
      Acts 15:11 (5 But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.
      6 And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter.
      7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.
      8 And God, which knoweth the hearts, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Ghost, even as he did unto us;
      9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.
      10 Now therefore why tempt ye God, to put a yoke upon the neck of the disciples, which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear?
      11 But we believe that through the grace of the LORD Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.
      12 Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.)
      Ephesians 2:8-9 (8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
      9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.)
      Romans 3:27 (27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.)
      Romans 3:28 (28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.)
      Psalms 32:10 (10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about.)
      Romans 4:4-8 (4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
      5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
      6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,
      7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.
      8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.)
      Romans 4:22-25 (22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.
      23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him;
      24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
      25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.)
      Romans 5:1 (Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
      2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.)
      Romans 8:24 (24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?)
      Philippians 3:9 (And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:)
      Romans 3:22 (Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:)
      Romans 3:24 (Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:)
      Romans 8:4 (Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.)
      Galatians 2:16 (Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.)
      Galatians 2:21 (I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.)
      Galatians 3:11 (But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.)
      Galatians 3:7-10
      Galatians 3:22-25
      Galatians 5 (the whole chapter)
      Titus 3:3-7
