So funny they don’t remove the plastic covering from the kitchen extractor (range hood fan). 😅 Same with my five year old condo rental in BKK…it’s gone now. 😂 Removed on the second condo, thank you.😊
I always had problems with pronouncing the word refrigerator but you can also just use the word frige if you like, it means the same and thats what i do, its so much easier 😅

For 10 million baht you can get a 4 bed 3 bath luxury private pool villa in thap tai that is 150 square meters and with a private carport and everything is way bigger including the kitchen.
but villa you cannot own by Thai law

And for those who don't trust their wife. I own 49%, my wife 48%, and a thai bank 3%. And the bank does what I say. But I have a great wife so I don't need to do that. I get your point though. For single men or women condos might be a better option. I've stayed at Condo 88 before. Rented a unit for 1 month 4 years ago right b4 covid. Pretty good facility.

The English MULTI- MILLIONAIRE here. As long as the number is not 44 then all is great. Lucky for me I am too wealthy to be jealous of anyone, especially those wearing yellow shirts. Personally, I only buy penthouses. These condos are for the small fry and are not for me. Where would my suitcases filled with Italian shoes and the Armani clothes collection go??
