I can literally buy a house in Trang,Thailand for $78,000 usd.They also have condos in Trang,Songkhla,hat yai,surat Thailand for $30,000 usd which for this price you can buy 2 or maybe even 3 condos.The problem is in areas like hua hin,Phuket,Bangkok,Pattaya,koh samui,koh krabi and koh phi phi which is flooded with foreign investors who are pricing all the properties in dollar terms.I will avoid these areas if I was y’all for living.For staying for a few nights in a hotel sure but beyond that no thank you.This is why I’ll be staying mainly in far south Thailand throughout my stay😅.
Not trying to sound rude but I would hardly call that tiny counter top and mini fridge a kitchen. I've been in real kitchens that are bigger than that whole condo.

28sq meters is probably the smallest property I’ve seen in these Thailand videos. Even living single I would feel claustrophobic with anything less than 45 sq meters.

Not land, but a condo yes.
I would not want my bathroom separated by glass to my bedroom (and out to a view of the outside no less). Privacy would be nice.
There are literally condos in the US for just over a hundred thousand, not worth it at all
SO WHEN you sit on the toilet and make a poo your partner can see you. Right? How romantic Can't wait!
