I gotta admit, I don't understand the tiny kitchen and huge pantry. That kitchen would drive me nuts. You could have popped that kitchen into the pantry space, still had plenty of pantry and had a real kitchen.
If foreigners buy a unit in this complex . Do they need a thai holding company to lease the land?
Of course, the house is beautiful and the price is attractive but why "farangs" should invest in a property in Thailand ? First, he won't be owner of the land and more than this, he will have to pay a tax on foreign incomes since the new law has appeared in 2024. Now, farangs will spend their money in Vietnam, Laos or Cambodia

@@kendishman1898 The public meeting on May 14 in Bangkok between representatives of the Revenue department and representatives of the French Consulate and the French tax service clarified things. Thai tax will be applicable on all income from abroad, including for real estate investment.

Why do they make the rooms downstair so narrow? it seems most properties in Thailand are like this. No room to move anywhere apart from bumping into each other.

From what I've seen, you can get alot better for 60k. This is maybe 40-45k max.

Hi there, we get asked this question a lot and the answer is yes and no. Our market audience is Thai/farang couples. A foreigner can buy a house in Thailand but the land must be in a company or spouse’s name. Please consult with a lawyer about this. 🙏🏻 However, condos you can own outright.

@yaxalchavez2874 can be frustrating. Need to have thai business partners on paper. Also can only own 49% of the company. Will also need to work with the government for tax purposes often just to own. Not worth. The spouse can be better but can also get rolled in a divorce.

Love This Place! I would buy today if Thailand did`nt have a screwed up Visa. They should have two Visa for U.S white guys one for the creepers how want to be in Pattaya, and one eazy Visa for the guy who wants to live in peace in Prachuap Khiri Khan or Hua Hin, I want to be in Thailand not Cambodia Please Help with the Hard Visa who wants to check in every month on retirement

Hey hey let's be respectful...consider looking at yourself, with national light, in the bathroom miller and ask yourself if you need that 3rd beer from the refrigilator....LOL.
Only 2 bathrooms ? So basically the people in the 2 bedrooms have to go downstairs and share the bathroom. Major design flaw.
And wasted space with the pantry. No disrespect but this build is not efficient or functional.
Functional for the builders pocket, not the buyer. Lol
Remove the pantry, make the kitchen bigger, put a small third toilet upstairs.
What you dont understand about Thailand unlike the USA Thailand does not make every house the same.Plenty of other condos and homes in Thailand that is $60,000 aren’t built like this one.Some are more spacious and some are not that’s just how Thailand is and other countries in Asia as well there infrastructure isn’t standard.They cannot build everything the same way as each area within the country is different.Some areas in the country have more preserved nature and so they have to utilize the space that they do have to work with 🤔😁.
Looked like to me that there were two entrances to the bathroom upstairs
