I think that if all the built-in furniture is removed You should be able to make 1 small bedroom on the first floor, reasonable price with amenities and suitable for working life in the city. 🍻🍻👍👍
Very nice apartment and priced very reasonable. I was just shocked by the purchase price of a older small 1 bedroom condo on the beach in pattaya for $168,000 US. When i commented that price was too high i was quickly shut down by comments that was a fair price.....so people on here are commenting this unit is overpriced....absolutely not compared to other units in the same area. And yes, i know i cant compare prices from beachfront pattaya vs hua hin but just wanted to show the difference in.locations.
@@johnthomas9992 You're absolutely correct but I do believe you should educate yourself (not you but generally) of comparable prices in the area and building but yes, if the buyer is happy, it doesn't really matter.
LOL, I was actually renting one of the apartment on 8th floor. Location is quite great and quite. Nearby there is KFC, 7 Eleven and another night store. Also dentist and pharmacy is behind the corener. Around 400 a 500 meter there Macro store (like a big one).
