Warm milk 350 ml
Sugar 3 tbsp.
Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
1. Mix with a whisk
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 100 ml

All-purpose wheat flour 730-780 g (add in parts)
Cornstarch 3 tbsp.
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Place the dough on the table

7. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil

Sve pohvale za Vas i trud. I sama sam majstor za testa i ovo cu sigurno probati, mada nisam ljubitelj slatko-slane kombinacije kada je testo u pitanju. Ovde u Vojvodini, lokalno rumunsko stanovnistvo pravi kombinaciju sa tankim korama, sirom i psenicnim grizom, jajima, mlekom i secerom ( fil unutar kora). To sam jela vrlo cesto kao dete kod komsinice. Pozdrav iz Srbije.
