When I was a kid growing up in San Francisco in the 60s, my mom used to give fabulous parties with Mr. Mathis they went to high school together and I’ll never forget his beautiful voice. Even as a little girl I knew his voice was amazing.
I went to see him in concert when he was in Australia in the 70’s. Such a beautiful voice then and even now in his 80’s he still has that beautiful quality to his voice.
I have listened to several of his Interviews . He is a truly humble man and credits his family which nowadays is a real rarity ! He is a true sincere intellectual . These interviews are priceless . He will be in Chicago and I can’t wait!

Every time he sings, at least 2 or 3 of the songs will be the BEST he has ever sung them, even if he has sung them 5000 times. He does not rest on his laurels. And what other pop singer, of any age, performs with a full orchestra?
Johnny Mathis has such a gorgeous voice that has improved as the years have gone by he is as better as ever!. Johnny Mathis is 88 years young now. A distinguished gentleman. Just look at him absolutely wonderful and true artistes. Such a FANTASTIC!. Performer. Relaxed, laid back loves his audience. A truly wonderful beautiful, talented man. A Legend and Icon. He still wooes the ladies. He melts my heart. He sings with so much passion, such feeling and expression. What a fantastic performer he is!. A true dedicated professional. No one will ever be able to come close to him.. he is such a beautiful gentle man… such a sweet n kind man with a fantastic personality.. I still find him extremely handsome n his beauty is within as well.. a very loving, funny n intelligent soul. In two months I will see him in concert for the second time since January.. I’m counting the days..I listen to him everyday as often as I can during the day when I’m free n he puts me to sleep every night.. I can’t get enough of him.. I am 73 trying and I have the most glorious warm and fuzzy memories of being 13 yrs old cuddled up on my mother and dads couch gazing at our beautiful Christmas tree at the window ,lights, ornaments the smell of evergreen filed the room . The street lights and Christmas lights and snow outside took me to some other place that’s far from earth and completely in love with Johnny serenading me with Christmas songs that are forever in my heart!! I'm an active but retired 83 year old UK dude and in my early youth, his background mood music always got me into big trouble with the ladies ! He is romance on steroids. As a young guy he used to make lightning visits to UK to play in the then once taboo gay clubs in North London before he then got world fame. My gaydar/hetra'sensor suggests shades of "swings both ways" (which is ok ..... plenty of people do)😊....J.M. is highly intelligent. He invested his cash wisely. Hopefully he's still a multi-millionaire! Long live love ! (Not a bad video considering it seems to be an audience held camera phone). Vintage wine tastes best if one appreciates good wine. I’ve listened to him for 60+ years. I am 71 now and have a ticket to see him in October and because of my own disability I’m not sure I’ll be able to see him so it’s lovely to have a current version of him singing available online. I thank him for a lifetime of incredibly romantic love, songs, sung with an incredibly romantic voice. And he still has that breath control, and the strong, sweet clarity in his voice❤. This was my third Johnny Mathis concert, and he hasn't lost it. I last saw him with Dionne Warwick at The Fox Theatre. I'd met her at a previous show, so I was hoping to meet him. He exited through the front doors since there was a crowd at the stage door. He doesn't use limos so as not to attract attention. A Lincoln Towne car pulled up and he and a lady walked quickly to the door. He signed my playbill. I was happy with that. :-) G!

im 62 this april,my mom would play his songs dancing with me in her arms, i saw him live in the 80's blew me away I still get teary when i hear his songs i think of my mom. ill be 62 in april so glad she made me hear him a treasure to me
I saw him live at Radio City in the 1980’s and early 1990’s and I was blown away then. I thought then wow his voice is the same as when I was a kid. The 1980’’s was four decades ago! He is beyond belief! He sounds untouched by time. ❤
God, people can be cruel. Of every elder singer I've ever seen, he's still GOT it. Everyone ages, but he's still amazing. Genuinely shocked. So happy he's still going.

Have seen Johnny many times here in England,but my chances of seeing him again are slim so it’s nice to see him still singing,although like the rest of us he has aged,he still has what it takes. im 62 this april,my mom would play his songs dancing with me in her arms, i saw him live in the 80's blew me away I still get teary when i hear his songs i think of my mom. ill be 62 in april so glad she made me hear him a treasure to me

I saw him live at Radio City in the 1980’s and early 1990’s and I was blown away then. I thought then wow his voice is the same as when I was a kid. The 1980’’s was four decades ago! He is beyond belief! He sounds untouched by time. ❤

Thank you for loading this. I have been a J M fan since the age of 14,(now approaching 80). Have seen Johnny many times here in England,but my chances of seeing him again are slim so it’s nice to see him still singing,although like the rest of us he has aged,he still has what it takes. Long may he continue.
