    12:47 I've seen those leaves yeah that has really good health benefits I don't remember what it was but this was included in a remedy that just cured a lot of things.
    Edit: this plant has antidiabetic, anticancer, antiulcer, antimicrobial, and antioxidant capabilities yeah we got to start adding that in our food as ingredients.

    goes to Almadies for the nightlife and restaurants and women, don't hesitate to have a drink at Pullman which offers one of the most beautiful views of Dakar, it is not far from the presidential residence.
    chill at radison blue entry is free.
    try the sea plaza, the terrou bi etc.
    you will see that it is good to live in Dakar :)

    Senegal is certainly one of the most peaceful countries in the world. I tie it to the Muslim influence opposed to the lack of English.
    Flight to Cape Verde is about 45minutes. You can also drive to the Gambia in about 2 hours. I can't imagine being able to speak Portugese in Cape Verde. I've been to Brazil but Cape Verde has the finest women on Earth. 4real!!!

    AUSTON, I think you being over charged. Those tour guide should help you by telling when you are being over charged. You should crossover to Gambia next its pretty close. MORINGA plant is very good. I drink the tea every morning instead of coffee.

    Auston Keep making the content, another Portuguese speaking country that's right off the cost of gabon is São Tomé and Principe I think you would like it there. its the least visited country on earth. Also they speak French and Mauritian Creole in Mauritius I went last year in September another beautiful island.

      My thoughts exactly. Reason Nigeria for example doesn't take the slave history or slave camp/departure sites seriously. You can't be making money from a shameful history that you were a part of. It just doesn't sit well with me.

      @@bella-qz6ls I understand your point. I'm of the opinion that places like this should be managed by the government. Funds for maintenance and salary for the tour guides should be from the government and NGOs that engage in preserving such kinds of history. It should be totally free for students and Africans in the diaspora(including people of African ancestry) to visit. It irks me when I see countries like Ghana pride themselves in having the biggest slave castle or slave trade Port, and advertise it to the Americans as if it's something to be proud of. As West Africans, our ancestors were part of those who sold our people to the Europeans as slaves. Yes the Europeans did their part, but our ancestors did the same.
      Imagine the Germans making money from sites where the concentration camps were located during the Holocaust.
