This girl....Natural beauty💯💯modest clothing💯💯 love it!!!!!
I love women in modest apparel as well
and traditional!
Modest is sexy; Some women think they gotta be naked. Imagine that was an American beach, they would have ass cheeks out.
Nothing natural about this these people invaded africa during arab slavery and created these people. They are 50% Middle Eastern. It’s the colourism and Islam y’all think is modest apparel it’s patriarchal arab invasion
She is a beauty and brain. The first time I saw her was in a video she was dancing and singing on stage with Youssou Ndour. I look for until I found her instagram. Boy she is funnyyyyyyy! Fa Haidara is her name.
Auston is bringing to the world what Africa has, gems!!!
Love her energy! Glad she came with her man. Safety first girl
Very traditional
Senegal is the one and only African country I've visited years ago. Seeing this makes me want to go back.. thanks for reminding me of very good memories. Can't lie though Kenya and Ethiopia are on the list now too.
💯.
Senegal is AMAZING. I just feel bad because most people overlook it because it's a French speaking country, but honestly it's incredible
This woman is naturally beautiful. She keeps it simple.
You've really embraced the vibe since landing on African soil... props to you for tuning into your new surroundings... viewers are totally feeling your content more now.
Africans this is what Freedom looks like. That's what I like most about Africa.
6:53 you will notice that the little girl in the orange scarf is curtsying (bending the knee) when she greets the woman. It is a sign of respect and politeness in Senegal. Children or young girls do this when shaking hands with a much older person.
@djeffx92 It's done throughout Africa.
It's called "souka", a courtesy greeting.
Loving this woman’s accent 😍
In my opinion, your Senegal series are a CLASSIC
glad u posted this video I have an updated opinion of Dakar women now my goodness her energy is contagious
She is that way because they take care, respect and protect women
Auston finally tasted the best Jollof rice in the continent !!!😅😅
Senegal/Gambia are the true OGs since the Jollof originates from the Wolof people. Senegal seems to be growing on you. The energy speaks for itself. We’ll done.
Keep it up!!!
😅 I see what u did there..Hope the jollof wars don't start here now..Senegal is beautiful..I hope I visit one day🥰
Grown men talking about “best jollof” ….. smh 🤡
@@visiow2691 it’s funny
So the United Kingdom being the origins of football makes them the best at football??
@deZ007
Football as in NFL? Or football as in Soccer??🤔
Looks like Senegal is the hidden gem, inshallah i will make it there one day
Love you work.
Having spend 2 years travelling around Africa in the early 90s
White boy from the UK.
Let’s great to see your travels from a black man’s perspective.
I was in Kenya in July just for a week in July. The place has changed to much it’s great to see a strong growing middle class now.
Everything has changed but the people are the same open warm and friendly.
I traveled in 22 countries in African and Kenya was my favourite.
As you speak Portuguese I would recommend momambquie
Auston, the Dakar you have shown us makes us want to either visit or live there!!!
Dakar is AMAZING. Please visit there! I had an AMAZING time there when I was younger
Am over 40 and married with children so when i tell you that girl is wife material and can make you the happiest man you better believe me.
Your videos of Senegal have made me fall in love with that country it has the best people
AH is not in the get married head space , so he is not a good fit for a woman who "wife material", right now.
Most Senegalese girls are raised to become a wife someday it’s very different
He is not looking for a Wife. Stop putting one on him. When Europeans male Auston age go on adventurous trip, no one says anything about him picking a wife. Auston is not in the mind space for a wife or even a girlfriend. He wants to explore the world. Those thirtysomething and middle-aged men had some influence on him, especially in the area of women. At his age, he should be investing in self, not women. Women, like men are a dime a dozen. Auston should be honing on building and strengthening his finances, emotional and psychological fortitude, and continue to experience different cultures. He is on the right path by traveling. He is relatively young, so he has the time to accomplish that goal.
BRAVO! Very well said!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
She has someone who already sees her worth. ❤
Keep winning Auston. Appreciate you thriving, even when things not as you expected you continue to move forward must would have quite. Salute to your courage.
She has an interesting energy. That was a fun video. Glad you got to hang out with the locals.
Wow 😯 I love Senegalese women 😍as a Kenyan guy! Senegalese women and men are the most attractive in West Africa no doubt 😘
And of course I love my Kenyan women too not forgetting Ugandan women also 👌Love ya all ❤
U don’t know Nigeria well , Nigeria is very diverse. Fulani and Igbo women has very vast features. Igbos can be very lightskinned and brown skinned and also dark. I hope he comes to Nigeria and shows u Nigeria women
@@akojiodinaka5042africa is not nigeria only😂 and nigeria is not even the biggest country or a huge country. Other west african countries are just as much or more interesting. And also senegal has fulani ppl they are not just in nigeria. We need to stop being ignorant when it come to africa. In fact all over africa you will find diverse ppl😊 all over africa you will find all kind of skin color it not just nigeria
her accent is so nice damn
Another great content , love it ! 😊
I'm not Senegalese but i must admit the Senegalese jollof rice is the best ! 😋👍🏽
jollof rice is originally senegalese.
Jollof rice with fish is the main dish in Senegal.
Jollof is Senegal
Wolof is senegalese dialect.
Africa is truly diverse, as kenyan I look at these Senegal videos and everything is so different from Kenya even on the looks we are so different
And people in the west thinks we all looks the same 😂. I am very dark skinned like a Senegalese with curly Afro, my roots in niger 🇳🇪. And they they I have to be mixed to get those features when my tribes comes naturally with those phenotype
😂they are Muslims and Kenyans evolution goes first.....this one's are very cultured...women mostly should just be women ...stay home and cook

Thank you so much!
💯.

Great job my brother!!! I am enjoying your videos.
*Austin, fun fact. The Senegalese invented jollof rice. Even though there's a never ending world war jollof between Nigerians and Ghanaians*
Yes Senegal invented Jollof rice, We Nigerians know that; and it, Senegalese Jollof Rice, should taste great. I have not had it.
There's no war between Nigeria and Ghana over Jollof rice, it's just Ghana always jumping in anywhere Nigeria is mentioned to trend. So mention Nigeria's Jollof rice, Ghana will jump in to make claims, mention Nigeria's Afrobeat(s), Ghana will jump in to make claims, mention Nigeria's Nollywood movies and Ghana will jump in to make claims. It's a never ending roller-coaster.
Keep lying to yourself
@@isoryte201please stop the lies, Senegalese types of jollof rice are different from Nigeria....stop being stupid to say what you don't know......they never invented it.
@@isoryte201Ghana is a problem to you I can tell.
I'm Nigerian, there is no war with our Ghana brothers please. Once we talk up something, others seem to always want to start to compare. We'll gladly leave it for whoever and move along. Thieboudienne (original Senegalese jollof) is very tasty, but also quite unlike Nigerian jollof... most Nigerians wouldn't recognize it as a type of jollof because of the completely different structure, despite it being the original source.
Asante sana Auston, i get to see Senegal through your lenses!
I never really considered or thought about Sinegal but it’s nice! I’ll have to look into it! I’m glad you showing us these kinda sights n foods n stuff! That girl is pretty cute too by the way.
Great video 💯
Well done brother and keep it coming 4real.
Keep up with content, really enjoying the Africa vlogs.
Am glad you meet someone who knows senegal and very connected ❤
The reason why Senegal and Gambia has the best Jollof rice is we know how to cook it to point that you can’t taste the tomato paste that’s where the focus is when u sauté the onions with the tomato paste. The Ghana and Nigeria Jollof u can still taste the tomato paste.
Austin is right bout that if you can taste that tomato paste that means it’s a bad Jollof.
Don’t generalize Nigerian Jollof rice , it just depends on who cooks it . There isn’t just one way to cook it . The best chefs or cooks make it the right way . The restaurants dont most of the time . The best Jollof rice in nigeria is usually home cooked .
She is so pretty. This bird-releasing act is unknown to me but I'm here for it. As I said Senegambia (Senegal and Gambia) has the better and original Jollof. Attieke is a typical dish from the Ivory Coast made with cassava. Thanks for another great Vlog!
Is Jollof what we call tchep ?

Awesome video!
Good to see u happy down there
Senegal has the most beautiful women in West Africa.. But Senegal men are also very handsome. So, I don't think Auston stands a chance with the women over there.
Niger and Mauritania have better looking girls from my experience.
@@soumi1984no way. Mauritania women are not attractive. First they are all covered up from head to toe. Second, in Mauritania women are fed some special dish to become fat because in their culture fat women are considered beautiful. So you will find a lot of fat women there. Unless you considerer obese women, more beautiful than shaped women, no way you can put Mauritanian women on the same level as Senegalese. And also most of them are a mix of Arabo berbers and black Africans.A great number of black Mauritanians are originally from Senegal. There is nothing special about Mauritanian women. Niger women do not come close to Senegal either. Also nothing special about Niger women. They look like women everywhere in Africa. Stop the nonsense.
Senegalese men are so handsome.
@@lgnawa GTFOH you are clearly ignorant about niger women from the kanuri, Fulani, Hausa, zarma , Tuareg, they are all beautiful. Stop talking as if you are aware what you talking about
Haha! We better be top notch fit, feminine and friendly if we wanna compete with THAT! 🤣❤️

Dakar Senegal actually has Abuja Nigeria Vibes, except the language and Abuja doesn't have seas . The girl also has Northern Nigerian girl looks and vibe due to similarity in culture and traditions, especially the Hausa / Fulani tribe, which are similar in culture to Senegal , Gambia , etc
Yeah, she has Abuja vibes. Minus showing of her shoulders
@@sylviasworld9397showing off her shoulders? WTH are you talking about?
Niger, Senegal, Mali, Mauritania, guinea Conakry all have northern Nigeria vibes. Only the French language differentiate us
@@ovie10 I said "showing of" , NOT "showing off".
Ovie, the northern /muslim girls in Abuja don't really show their shoulders, they will have a scarf to wrap if the blouse itself shows shoulders. That is what I have observed.
You live in Abuja, right? Did you not notice that?
No, the girl has Senegalese vibes because she's Fula. The Fula who came to Nigeria, came from Senegal, which is probably how you inherited the Jollof rice.
2:03 mansh’Allah the guy in the background praying 🙏…. Beautiful

Would’ve been a much better video if you’d introduced her properly, explain how you met, explain the man’s presence (cultural/religious etc). We’re all about learning about these different cultures. Why do they do the things they do? Why do they speak French? Why are they Muslim? What are the different ethnic groups Etc
He didn't get to smash that's why he seemed so offish and kept cutting her talking parts. Wanted to know more about her too😢
@@hintu2990I think the viewers were more interested in Senegal than her. At least I was.
The guy was her man, they speak French cause they got colonized by French. Senegal and many other African country speak French. 90% of WA os Muslim. Their ancestors converted to Islam without no force. Senegal and MALI 🇲🇱 IS known to have best empires in West Africa
@@jsupreme369That "3rd wheel" is to protect her own honour and reputation as a woman . Do you how it would look culturally in her country if the other man was not there?
It's not worth the risk to an unmarried African woman.
There is such a thing as the currency of female honour in some societies . Some behaviours are the equivalent of going out dressed indecently.

When you get back to Kenya, please visit Kisumu City, the third largest city in Kenya and highlight it as well. Quite a vibrant nightblife over there. You should also visit the suburbs of Nairobinlike Karen and Runda. I noticed you stick to the wetlands area only and only showcased apartments and not the.stand alone residential areas in the suburbs.

ATM tip. Charles Schwab refunds ATM fees. Look at all the nice cars. There's prosperity in Africa. The local kids look happy and loved. If a West African woman can't cook jollof rice then she's too westernized. If a Kenyan woman can't cook chapati then she's too westernized.

@mumjarra
I am really enjoying "seeing" Senegal.
Jollof rice: I tell Nigerians and Ghanaians they got it from the Wollof people. But did the Wollof people get it from the Arabs? Pilaf?
The ingredients were likely from Arab and Portuguese merchants during the 16th century as some of those ingredients didn’t originate in that area of Africa then. But the concoction itself is a Senegalese creation.
@@raanajak471 I'm Nigerian... nothing about Senegambian jollof (thieboudienne) is parallel to Pilaf, not texture, not contents, not cooking style! Lol Even Nigerian/Ghana Jollof is now almost a completely different rice dish from Senegambian jollof. What you might be thinking of is the Paella dish from Spain. I think it more likely that the "Paella" concept was transported by West African moors to Spain and separately to Louisiana in the Americas by enslaved black West Africans where it would become Jambalaya. It is not disputed that Paella was introduced to Spain by the Moors/Arabs, however, DIRECT parallel cooking styles to the Paella are ONLY found in places with a clear West African heritage (i.e., Senegal and Louisiana). There is no rice as similar to this method in Arabia and not even in North Africa! So it had to have been conveyed by black moors that interacted with the Wolof. At some point a long time ago, Senegambian jollof would also have spread east on the Sahel to Nigeria, Ghana etc. via muslims traveling along the edges of the Sahara.
