    Interesting take. I feel like you skipped over a lot of the pros and cons of doing super sets, would have appreciated a deeper dive into the different aspects of why you would choose them and when.

      The main thing is for time efficiency because you can do your session in a much shorter time frame, however it does increase the intensity and complexity of a workout which is why I say it's not for beginners. With these fitness explained videos I don't want to go into massive detail but enough for someone who's just beyond that beginner level looking for more information. I'll bare your comments in mind for upcoming videos (I have quite a few planned and some already filmed)
