I Have Merch Available NOW!!! rudysadventure...
Matt’s off-road recovery (MORR) is out of town so they called me to cover for them on this recovery.
It’s a ford f450 stuck in rattlesnake gulch in the river south of Toqureville falls. It has broken 4 wheel drive and a flat tire.
We need to decide how to get him out. We end up taking him farther up the trail
I end up hitting a tree, and smashing my grill and corner light.
It’s pretty scattered from here until we get him out.
The customer decided to drive out on the flat tire despite advising against it.
    Thanks for watching!

Such a small world. Met these guys a month and a half ago on a trail here in AZ that doesn't see much traffic. That former lineman truck is a beast and the owner was super cool. His friend in the Taco had just taken on some body damage when we met him but was in great spirits. Glad to see these guys continuing on their journey.
If the guys are on here and see this, was awesome to meet you and it was a shame the big waterfall wasn't flowing. I'm sure it is now after all the monsoons we've had.

Hello! So I am the guys who got stuck in the F superduty here to provide some answers to the questions in the comments section. My truck is a 1997 F superduty (F-450) converted to 4X4 right after it left the factory. It has a Dana 60 35 spline front axle and Dana 80 rear. I do not have lockers yet and the right outer axle sheared rendering the 4X4 useless. The wheels are from a MRAP (look it up if you don't know what they are, they are awesome!) and I made custom adaptor plates to use them on the 10 lug hubs. The one rim that was getting hammered doesn't even look like its damaged. I put a new tire on and it's still holding air. The tires are toyo open country RT in 37"X13.5. I had two fail on this trail but only one spare. 10/10 would not recommend. My truck weighs 10,400 LBS as is in the video. Already have another front and rear axle set, front link components, 43" tires and lockers on the way. I will get back to that trail and try again. I was doing fine until the front axle broke and I had the flats. It was easy to get to where I got to, until it wasn't.

As an avid off roader and cross country motorcyclist (there is a connection) i carry a mini air compressor (think4x4x2 inches) and a tire plug set, so if its just a hole, it can be trail fixed. I have converted all of my long distance motorcycles to tubeless for this purpose. Every year (last 12) i ride to Sturgis from near the Texas Mexican border, and every year except one i got a flat. First time sucked, it was still tube, after that i bought tubeless rims. Every flat after was 10 minutes of down time. Just a thought for trail riders. That setup has saved me in excess of 3000$ in wrecker calls and hotels, and countless days on the road.EDIT: And allowed me to save the tire and rim every time and continue the adventure.

That was a pretty good ad for Walls. You fit it in well.

Good stuff. People are much braver than I am when wheeling solo. Happy to see Walls supporting you. Their stuff holds up well in my experience. If I can respectively give some feedback, it feels cleaner to do a traditional ad read than to squeeze the mentions into the story of the video. An audience can feel like they're being misled when the product placement is sloppy.

I thought it was well placed sliding around on rocks shows how tough they are better than sitting in an office chair

It was so good to know that even Utah-centric auto-pros make driving mistakes. My ego thanks you.

Probably one of the best recovery's seen in a while! Great job!! Customer knew he had to get it out. He did a pretty good job getting his Utilities Truck. Throw a ROAM tent topper. Now you have an Overlander.

Fun video! Not a fan of the color grading. Don't think it works well with the very tan-centric scenery of Utah.
