- So the movie ET got re released last week so I did a pointless movie review. I didn’t bother seeing it again so this is from memory. Good luck #phonehome #ouch @drewbarrymore
Spade is hilarious, these movie reviews need to be a regular feature.
Spade at the movies needs to be a series. Hilarious! E.T. cleary had a 4 or 5 pack a day habit. Leathery wrinkles, talking with a voice box like he was stationed in Da Nang. C.G.B. Spender used smokes to coax him out of his ship the first time he landed back in 65 in Roswell. That's why Reese's Pieces worked so well the second time, oral fixation.
Dude, ET ends up all pasty white, ina ditch. kid was hitting the watermelon 4Loco hard.
The woman who voiced E.T. was a two-pack-a-day smoker.
Seriously, Spade just gets funnier and funnier. I just laughed my fucking ass off.
This was so great! Now I need old movie reviews from David every week! Make it a series :)

Spade makes it looks so easy! What he just did is amazingly difficult and he made it look like child's play. You only get that from experience and for those who listen to his podcast with Dana Carvey, Mr. Spade hit the ground running in his teens and never stopped! I believe he is 29 now so that's a solid 10 years!
If not 29, then ageless.

It's true. The critics let the fact "E.T. didn't moisturize" slide when they reviewed the movie back in the 80's.

I recently got to watch E.T. in Imax this month.
It was a wonderful experience, got chills when I heard John Williams' iconic Theme in theaters.
David is consistently the only one who reminds me I haven't laughed like that since the last time I saw him. I feel like I just took my first breath since the last time I saw him. He is doing a disservice to humanity by not doing his more often. I am unhealthy when I don't get new vitamin Spade enough.
Finally! I've been waiting, how many years for Mr. Spade to review this movie? I can now finally rent it and check it out.

I haven't seen E.T. in so many years. Honestly don't remember a thing about it. Bought the Japanese DVD years ago in Hong Kong but no longer able to play it due to region locking. So I'll settle for the stream on Amazon Prime Video.

soon as that epic "E.T." intro title screen comes up, my buddy yells "haha" E.T... The extra testicle!". And he has a very humorous personality so the way he says thinks makes it funnier than if someone else did. But I just find it so damn funny that sapde, 20 years later. Thinks that joke fucking rules too.

I went on a small flight from Denver to some small airport (Johnson County airport) on my way to a new job in Wyoming. It was a plane that could seat 14 people and the door leading to the pilots area was broken, so every time the plane turned it would slide open.
Anyway, it wasnt that bad until we were in the air and a toddler in the back started bawling. Non stop. The lady next to me suddenly tells us that she works for "Mars INC" and proceeded to hand out bags of M&M's like they were free (they likely were) and shut the kid up. Everyone got several bags of candy, but I got her phone number too. And the kid shut up. He was probably happy afterward too, I dont know, I was shocked by the scenario.
I never contacted her, and I have thought about her a lot. She was amazing....at any rate...."Mars INC" definitely knows a thing or two about PR. Or maybe she got fired for it. Any rate, back then, I thought the company was awesome.
Now you have to do an Air Bud review.
First thing i did when HBO made me get MAX , immediately pin “Take The Hit”. My daughter heard Spacehog the other day(In the Meantime) and came and told me she heard the Spade theme. lol.
