Hail American brother, I've been studying some characteristics of some champions from Tsuguo Sakumoto to Ryo Kiyuna, and of all these the firmness in the movement is what is most noticeable. I don't know if it works for you, because you are already an established athlete and you already have your own technique, but if you manage to do this, I believe your score can improve a lot. The best way to start with firmness would be to train the body with high resistance and then train immobility, almost like a statue with each movement performed.

You pick which we one you what. But, has to be different every round

Hi Ariel, don't you have a feeling that Ohan Dai would be a better choice for medal bout? Of course then the first fight could be different but your Ohan Dai is way better than Ohan imo. Flawless I would say.

Thank you!! i absolutely agree ! But, I already did Ohan dai in round robin round 2 and later In quarter finals. Ohan is very new for me. So I’ll keep working on it
