    In this exciting episode I go over the all new Dewalt atomic 4 mode brush less impact wrench, I go over all the features and compare it to the Dewalt high torque impact wrench.
    I have had this guy for about a week and I really like it so far. In this video I do a few different tests and compare it to the Dewalt Dcd - 899 high torque impact.
    This guy is a beast, I love the way it feels in your hand, its balanced well and has A good amount of power.

    I really respect you. You go out and film in a video while in Minnesota during winter time. Then you overtorque your lug nuts just so you can show us what these tools are capable of. And I love your split screen action so we can see each tool perform against the other in quick time.

    Just bought the DCF 922 kit today, 2 x 5aH batteries, charger, stak case (922 is detent pin model) hog ring is the 921. Very impressive and powerful for its size and weight. I have the 899 as well, it's great but it is very heavy and bulky for getting into smaller spaces....
    I might sell it on if the DCF 922 suits my needs around working at the cars.

  • @seano932

    I think it was slower than the DCF 850 because of the higher RPMs. I think it's doing over 3000 compared to the 921 doing 2500 rpms, so, given that the torque is well within what both were capatble of, the 850 driver was able to do the work faster, but the 921 is definitely hitting harder. Other videos show it having haigher torque ratings than the other Dewalt and Milwaukee stubby models, and breaking off nuts torqued to like 400 or 450. That lil' Atomic is the one to beat right now.

    • @ironman4life89
      @ironman4life89 2 года назад +1

      That's exactly what I'm thinking, as long as the task isn't too much for the 850 it'll drive with more speed than the bigger brothers. I've yet to see anything with a lower rpm best it in that regard.

    Some of the people in my shop blast their lugs with an electric high torque. Sometimes seating them at 400 or more ft lbs. I can tell who worked on a car last by whether or not my atomic can pull the lugs off...... may need the new mid range cuz I hate having to pull out my air gun for those.

    • @ryandienes6526
