The most inaccurate thing about Minecraft Lego is Alex and Steve are too tall.
They’re both 2 blocks tall in the game. But if you put Steve or Alex next to the builds, they appear to be at least 3 blocks tall.
You can do minifigure-scale blocks
They should eithef give them a special torso and legs or give them teenager legs (small but adjustable legs)
It's because a standard minifigure is larger relative to a 2x2 brick with a plate on top than the playermodel is to a Minecraft block, and this is something LEGO had to make a choice on. If they made a new figure, it would require all new molds for the entire figure, whereas if they just put a cube-shaped head on a minifigure they would just need one new mold.
It because there limetation with lego adult minfiger legs
All of those inaccuracies i saw people complaining about are small inaccuracies imo
The biggest inaccuracy in my opinion is the fact that the Steve minifigure is white
Hmmm... the Red Creeper looks more like a "damaged" version, since mobs flash red when taking damage, such as being hit by a player's sword
Yeah this RUclipsr is a moron. I knew that the very second I seen this set released.
It’s on fire though
I'm pretty sure it's supposed to represent the flash creepers have before blowing up and making it red makes it more obvious than white since explosions are firey
@@JessicaTheEm but... they flash white when they gonna kaboomy... they flash red when you give 'em a good whack
@@wowutisforever where fire? The yellow spiral might represent the sword "swoosh" effect when whacking the creepers
I feel like LEGO Minecraft is good but confusing I tried to build a set in the game but all the measurements don’t match LEGO to game.
I've tried that before. It is easier to make the scale correct in the Lego set, before you make it in the game.
It’s because lego uses techniques that aren’t possible in Minecraft
I built the fox house in Minecraft, but it was way too tall than wide, so I modified it a bit.
@@9Revenger9 that’s because lego blocks are not a perfect square
@@timtamTom.2 I found that out when I tried to build the set in game.
The red creeper is getting hurt. If you look closely at the yellow stuff it looks like the slashes that appear when your attack a mob with a sword
Maybe, but it looks a lot like prestonplayz
I can see that
🤓
Boom
I think the first two topics are kinda cute additions tbh. I do enjoy that they even bothered to give Snowgolems their iconic snowball slinging abilities at all, and I'm sure any other way they did it either looked even worse or didn't incorporate the play feature very well. As for the red Creeper, I like to interpret it as the Creeper being on fire, and Steve having a Fire Aspect sword. The yellow bits represent the fire itself, and the red coloring represents the red hue mobs take on when they're being damaged. That's why it doesn't bother me too much.
If it was fire aspect, the sword would be magenta. I do think it’s on fire though
🤓
Pretty much all Minecraft sets are problematic when you realize that all the Lego “blocks” were made 4 tiles tall but to be cubes like in Minecraft they are supposed to be 5
One thing that always bugged me was the pommel of the Lego Minecraft pickaxes/shovels/etc being a diamond shape. The only tool with such "ornamentation" in game is the sword.
I thought it was the creeper mid explosion
The Red Creeper represent Steve attacking the Creeper and the yellow represent the slash attack effect
@@astroMAn360 he has a sword
THE CREEPER IS BEING ATTACKED WITH A FIRE ASPECT SWORD HE'S ON FIRE
I think it’s a reference to Prestonplayz
@@melinda7004 no its not
@@charlybop6911lego has an enchated sword piece. the one in the set is a regular stone sword
the cake was released as a square first in the villige set, and the cake is round in the other set because the figure is holding it
As a long time Lego fan/Minecraft player, those people are complaining more than Lego Star Wars fans
Please correct me if I'm wrong in any of the following. All of the Minecraft sets break the rules, as the scale with Minecraft sets is 5 stacked plates (makes a Lego cube) is equivalent to 1 Minecraft block. A minifigure is 4 bricks tall or 12 plates tall, and that is 2.4 blocks tall. Where as in Minecraft, the player is only 1.8 Blocks tall. And there are other Minecraft things in Lego sets that are out of proportion or not very accurate. Included but not limited to 3 studs tall/wide Bee hive (aka. 1.5 Minecraft blocks tall/wide), round cake (which is they make square cake now in newer sets), trees that don't look like Minecraft trees, 2 blocks wide single door seen at 0:43 (single door is 1 block wide in Minecraft), etc.
Pretty much all of the inaccuracies for LEGO Minecraft exist solely to adapt the designs to LEGO's system.
🤓
rabbits aren't rodents, they're lagomorphs
while related they're not the same
That red creeper is lego trying to replicate the damage color change, when you hit a mob it flashes red because it took damage.
the most inaccurate thing about the lego minecraft characters is that their torsos are an odd number of pixels wide when in real minecraft they are even
Snow golems shoot snowballs from their head, not arms. They projectile vomit snowballs from their snowy stomach inside their snowy body
The wise man said:
Lego minecraft isn't minecraft accurate, its lego minecraft accurate
The Lego Minecraft doors aren't that accurate to the games, as the handle seems to be made out of the same color as the door, instead of gray
There was also a square cake in the village set that came out before the bakery set
one Lego brick two plates on top makes a Minecraft cube
well at least that’s what I do to “fix” my Lego Minecraft sets
The bed is probably so minifigs can actually fit on it
1:43 I actually have this set, and I wish this creeper design appeared in game, as a nether variant or something to that nature.
It does exist, but only when prestonplayz plays minecraft
@@wowutisforever I don't count that, I meant as an actual mob, not a skin.
@@mimikyuplays778 PRESTONPLAYZZZZZZZ
Lego also made boats and item frames incredibly inaccurate
When you realize ram bricks already made working red stone in lego
One of the weirdest things in LEGO Minecraft to me is the big mining cave with an elevator for a minecart. No such thing can be built in Minecraft.
The only problem I have with Minecraft sets is that the trees lava and minifigures aren’t detailed anough, and need more texture like in normal sets.
They did it cause they shoot snowballs in game.
1:40 the creeper could be red to represent Steve hitting it with the sword in his hand
i am guessing that they made the cake circular in order to imitate the fact that a cake is just a tiny bit smaller than a block
5:55 The first Sqaure cake was in the Village, in like something 2016. WAY before the round cake was made. Nice research, you couldnt even check bricklink
5:36 They made it a circle because when you hold the cake in Minecraft, it looks like a circle not a square
Finally someone who understands it😂
Thumbnail: Beds are 2 blocks long. Not 3.
0:34 Swole Golem
1:42 The Creeper explodes in a puff of GREY smoke. Not red & yellow.
2:40 Pale Hoglin. They need to use Nougat colored bricks, not Tan colors.
7:15 I had that set once. Still got the minigs & tools. Lost the Killer Rabbit though.
I have the complete set with the killer rabbit.
the creeper is taking damage.that why is RED & YELLOW UNDERSTAND
@@makwingshan2913
Oh. _Ohh._
I get it now.
the creeper isn't about to explode, it's in mid-detonation, that also explains those yellow wave shapes for the coloring of the explosion.
For me is lego minecraft is a third world where lego and minecraft got fused, you can´t have the correct proportions because of lego dimensions, and if it was game accurate it would be so exoensive to make a playable set, so you have another system but got both qualities of each license.
Every lego minecraft set breaks the rules in every way possible
7:37 rabbits are not rodents, there lagomorphs, however lagomorphs are the closest relatives to rodents.
Killer rabbits haven't appeared naturally since development versions of the update that added rabbits, which makes its inclusion in the set VERY strange.
Love your content man!
The red creeping isn't about to explode, it's already exploding.
Rabbits aren't rodents, my guy.
He was quoting Monty Python & the Holy Grail.
It's wrong in the movie as well, but y'know.
@@zipperozicvideodump Gotcha.
the red creeper prolly represents the mob being hit cuz if it was about to explode it would be white
Dude, this was only made a month ago, how do people still not know the round cake is meant to represent a held item, not the block. Hopefully, you know this is wrong by now. Also the fox lodge is older than the bakery and has a square cake.
For some reason there is a set that includes emerald armor
The fence gate can't fit animals through in game, they just sorta phase through the edges. That doesn't work in the real world.
5:57 the square cake was actually first released years before that set on the village set:)
fun fact: the square cake existed in the village set
also the bed being like that is so minifigures can lay in it
When we Hit Creepers in Minecraft or when we hit any Mob in Minecraft they get a little Red
Not a random play feature. Snow golems shoot snow balls, that’s why they included it. Hard to make it accurate without stud shooters.
Good editing!
"red things tend to blow up"
Me having a red phone case:
Wait a secon...💀
In bedrock you can place mushrooms pretty much everywhere. Including in the day light
The Lego Minecraft brewing stand is way off scale-wise. I can understand the need for more play options with the potions (which also seem pretty big). The brewing stand just takes too much space compared to the game.
THAT SNOWMAN IS JACKED
The red creeper is on fire, the yellow pattern is that of fire. Mobs turn red when on fire.
with almost any minecraft shader creepers will flash red and emit light before exploding
5 2x2 tiles (or 1 brick and 2 tiles) stacked on top of each other makes a perfect cube.
The creeper is red because it’s taking damage; the yellow designs on it are representations of the sweeping edge of swords in Java edition, it’s not that the creeper is about to explode or is on fire.
If it were sweeping edge, the sword would be purple
for the creeper ambush set the creeper reminds me of it taking damage.
The round one is to represent the inventory sprite.
The creeper is red be because it's burning in the sun
Animals use 2x1 bricks with lines in them instead of the 1 stud brick
I love Minecraft, and Lego, but I dislike the Lego Minecraft sets just because they are so inaccurate to the actual game.
5:58 A lego square cake had already existed in set 21128 The Village
One more is inaccurate set is the Fox lodge. The fox’s are the cat moulds not fox!
And when I found that out, it now bothers me every time..😔
Bro I’d love a minecraft icons set line with stuff like trayauraus’s lab or jens house. It would be awesome. Maybe they could do sets of stampy’s lovely world where it’s like 10 Modular’s that fit together in lots of ways.
Huh to think Lego made a red creeper and i made them red in my texture pack without even knowing.
The red creeper looks like it’s on fire
the wandering trader has one of the most inaccurate colors the fans have ever seen
They should fix ho the arms look like on them like Steve's arm and the food should be more accurate and they never make the grass right
i honestly hate the scale of the lego minecraft sets, i thought the micro biome sets they did at the start were way better. also rabbits arent rodents
Someone with better memory can correct me, but I vividly remember seeing creepers turn red before exploding in an older version of minecraft PE. or maybe my childhood was a lie I dont know.
Ur childhood was a lie. But at the same time i vividly remember wither skeletons shooting arrows out of stone swords, so idk
By the way. The red creeper is actually cause steve is hitting it with his sword.
I just bought the new lego Indiana Jones set, that one with the lost tomb. There's an easter egg for Star Wars!
7:37 the chest in Minecraft is different. In minecraft the chast is 1x2 rectangle cube
Either it’s about to explode or it’s taking damage
I don't think the killer rabbit exists anymore without commands
Correct. You can only spawn him manually with commands in Java!
Imagine upgrading the snow golem on the thumbnail with the giant stud shooters
One thing that always annoyed me with Lego Minecraft (beside Steve’s pants being purple instead of blue) is that Steve and Alex’s arms aren’t even short sleeved like in the game.
If you think about it, a Minecraft block would actually be the same as a 3x3x3 stud Lego block, since each stud is a foot and Minecraft blocks are cubic meters, and a meter is almost the same as 3 feet.
I miss your Ninjago videos.
Cake: (is round) evry minecraft player ever: *proceeds to say evry insult known to man*
For the snowman they used stud launcher because they throw snowballs. I don’t know if it’s called stud LAUNCHERS
0:25 I could have sworn he said “let’s take a look at the Ice Spice set” 🍘
Red creeper is problaby just a creeper in the damage tick.
Rabbits are lagomorphs not rodents
Eh, put the blame on Monty Python, honestly.
Brix quoted the scene from the Holy Grail directly.
I would say it would be more accurate to make the block 4*4 studs rather than 2*2. 3*3 may even be a ideal option. Problem is 4*4 looks too big, 3*3 is not an ideal scale for Lego. 2*2 is too small for minifigues. 2*2 looks good, makes sets a reasonable size, accessibility and playability. Problem is things like rails and doors need to be oversized (to 4*4) to fit minifigues. Look at a standard Lego Door, 5 bricks tall (APX 4 blocks), 4 studs wide (2 blocks). That is Double the 1 wide, 2 tall Minecraft doors. Authough it's hard to imagine a minifigue causally jumping over 2 bricks up. Makes a bit more sense with stairs. To be fair that the same issue if you translate Minecraft scale to IRL scale. Looks too big. You don't casual jump up a metre. Doors are perfect in Minecraft compared to the stated scale. (Clay) Bricks are double the size of the bricks that your house may be built of.
Overall Minecraft feels smaller than the stated scale of 1m = 1 block.
🤓
Bro the beds are awsome what do you mean?!
The doors are inaccurate. They are much bigger than they are in the game
Spitbrix why did you stop doing Ninjago sets
I know that red creepers doesn't exist but, It looks great
Lets not forget lego predicted copper ore
The Lego ravenger is brown but the one in game is gray
7:21 I have that Lego set 😨
Want to see a red creeper?
*Punches creeper*
There you go.
Steve hit the creeper as it blew up, making it red, because he was caught of guard by the _creeper's ambush!_
We've all been there. You turn around to see a creeper about to explode and your first instinct is to punch it, if not to kill it to at least get it away from you. Just replace those 1x2 tiles with explosion particles printed on them with plain red ones and call it a "damaged creeper" if that helps.
Actually, they should release the zombie and skeleton in red for when they're on fire? Any mob can work in red if the idea of the set is that something is damaging it, I'm surprised this is the first instance of it?
eeeh yee all dem sets are just.. painful
There's a lot of ninjago sets with details not accurate to the show
The creeper is red because Steve hit the creeper and the creeper took damage
I have a Creeper ambush set
I have the fire creeper, I don’t know why it’s on fire, but it reminds me of Preston playz for some reason
maybe they built with their own version
Bro I have the creeper ambush set!
