Although I’ve spent more time in lockdowns than outside the last couple of years, I thought it was a great time to redo my wardrobe. Now almost entirely neutral, heaps of basics and such a weight off my shoulders getting dressed in the mornings! I didn't realise not repeating your outfits was a thing!! I wear clothes I've had for 10 years or so mixed in with a couple of newer purchases. My wardrobe is the same all year round apart from a coat and thick jumpers, unless I'm out walking I don't need super warm clothing as I get so hot when shopping and I park right outside my office too. Your style is so lovely Emma x
I use those foam block Magic Erasers that you can get from Poundland to keep my white trainers clean and bright. It’s really quick and easy to maintain white trainers that way.
I also have a main wardrobe, with clothes that I ware all year around, so my spring and autumn outfits are more or less the same…I only pack away my very warm, chunky winter stuff in the winter, and my very light, summery dresses and tops in the summer that cannot be worn with boots or cannot be converted in warm outfits.
It makes me feel so good to know other ppl also wear fall outfits in spring! I always thought I have to go for the pastels and florals. Tks Emma. Love from ET CAN

When I watch a You tube channel on the opposite side of the world I get so jealous with the seasons. In Melbourne Australia we are enjoying a lovely summer but I know the autumn is coming and then winter. Lovely outfits.
Great inspiration as always. I love how your outfits are always things most people already have versions of. I’ve recently bought a pair of off-white (possibly pale cream) jeans which I’ve had on my list for ages. I’m looking forward to wearing them once the weather gets a bit better.
Spring dressing is very difficult for me because it relies on good jeans and trousers. I am short AND curvy so I am lucky if I can even find one pair that fits. Also for shoes I have wide feet (ughhh) so yeah I end up relying on very little things throughout the season to wear to work and I do not enjoy Spring dressing for that reason....

Love all your outfits. I absolutely agree with you to keep white trainers sparkling clean. Baking soda & oxy spray are really good I personally think. I purchased a pair of Veja but returned them as they were too large & the sole yellowish.

I also have some white lether ones that I adore, paid a lot for them and I scared to damage them by scrubing and cleaning, but they need to be cleaned. Emma. I understood something and I thank you for that. Last year i bought white vivo barefoot geo court sneakers. I didn't wear them much, this year i thought about selling them, but I can't really decide. Thanks to you i realized why I don't like wearing them. Because brand new (or good cleaned) white crisp new sneakers look really chic and nice. But when they get dirty and worn they loose that chic really quickly. The vivo barefoot sneakers are real leather and the crease where the toes bend is kinda dirty and it's impossible to perfect clean that ever again. And I don't like that look. My life is too dirty for crisp white sneakers :D i am going for all black or tan I guess. And I can let go the white ones now.

I ve been a minimalist since it was not called at-all that way😊i have a classic things for ages always look and feel good. It is so mind free money sawing and satisfying. I dont even now when it was last time I went to a store. I only buy books and shoes cause i wear-them off. And Im only in my mid 30s. These are very-good videos. But I have to say a lot of videos about minimalism are including way to much adding to wardrobe ...
Emma, question for you...what do you do with the ties on your trenches? Is there a difference with material on what you do with them (ie: more flowy fabric vs more twill type fabric)
There are so many different factors to consider 😂 But sometimes I tie at the back, other times I let them hang loose and sometimes I will tie at the front ❤️ It will depend on the fabric, the thickness, length and weather too.

Its called the Tall Tulip Tote and yes I find it comfy on my shoulder and I would recommend it 👍 The only thing to consider is it doesn't have a zip closure so is always open (just in case that is something that you wouldn't like) ❤️
