I enjoy watching your videos alot. I love you and Simon. Which i have a cuppa tea and snacks with while watching your vlogs. Been re watching your old videos which I haven’t seen before vlogs and your dogs and your renovations videos. Your home is really lovely after all your hard work. Is alot of money to do up which i agree need to save and tick of the boxes when is complete. I would do the big projects first like the kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. Then the smaller ones you can take your time. Painting definitely the first thing i do before the furniture goes in and then the flooring. I have purchased a duplex apartment first home. A house is so expensive hopefully one day will have a house definitely is a future retirement home. Your dream home is always very hard to get. But the biggest thing is having a home at all is great.

I really love the silk H&M trousers they are gorgeous - I’ve purchased both the beige and black. But I suspect I will need to have them taken up in length by quite a bit as I’m only 5ft but they look so good and they would work well as a casual or dressy outfit 🖤 I also love the V trainers love the colour and neat size 🤍

Same here only 5ft. I’ve tried on various wide leg trousers to no avail. They just make me look shorter and dumpy even though I’m a size 8-10. I did find a pair from H&M (after a lot of trial and error) and Warehouse which work well although the length of both will need to be taken up. I ordered the black and beige silk trousers Emma recommended from H&M so I will see how they fit. Fingers crossed all I need to do is have them taken up. They look so good x
I wear almost exclusively elastic waistbands. It’s not just about the comfort, although that’s the top priority, but I like the way they relax when sitting, then tighten back up when standing. If I get trousers/skirts in sizes large enough that I can sit in, they’re too loose when I stand. I have a straight, no-hips figure, and I got sick of having to walk around holding them up. I hope brands keep offering them, and not just in jogger/sweatpants. Your new ones look great.

Emma re: black skirt - be careful b/c if you sit too long in this skirt it might actually get „ironed” by the warmth of your bottom. It happened to me with clothing made of such fabric with such texture!

I machine washed the brown one and a few of the crinkles came out, so I’m interested in your thoughts on optimal care.
