i tried to connect and convey my ideas which was helpful to the process.. he took that idea, made me work on that and finally gave tbe credit to someone else.. so it depends on individuals.. if someone doez not want you to simply grow, they will not allow.. And sometimes they will simply dont want you to grow in areas where you are strong
I worked with a boss where in the entire team worked for the goal and when the award was announced the boss went all alone . Didn't think even once about the team . Strange fact bosses superior will talk to your boss and never to you the team.And what the boss does he simply plays the song he did everything . Even if you manage to talk with your Boss superior he has not worked with you so he will simply believe your boss .Very strange corporate tactic

I have tried following this approach Sir, even after connecting with the Boss and putting in a lot of hardWork also..she didn't even agreed to share a feedback for me..just two lines I asked from her because I was supposed to get performance scores from a different manager and the most interesting part is she knows I worked hard but still ..these things really demotivate.
What if my boss just needs that every employee of his just forgets about their personal lives and work till you drop without caring about shift hours and keeps comparing you to someone with totally different life?

Hi, I'm struggling with my manager since one a half year from my interview time to till date. If I talk or not talking anything he has a problem, if I be myself completing my tasks in my time there's a problem, if I request any of one day I'm unable to complete the task 10% I need an exception there is a problem n mess use bad words
