First things first, thank you for all of your amazing and detailed videos! I have a very beginner question to which I hope somebody can reply. The Fmaj7 Dave is showing is actually an Fmaj7/C? Why did he choose that one? I have mainly found chord charts for the song with the 'regula' Fmaj7 + optional thumb. I do however prefer the deeper sound of the /C to the thin Fmaj7, as my thumb cannot always press enough to obtain the F. Edit to correct spelling errors.
