Great to be abled to only listen and watch, instead of having to read the whole time. The video editing was extremely well this time. The editing of the other videos is extremely nice as well, but this time I recognized it even more. 👌😁
Even though you speak English really well, the presentation seems to have lost a bit of 'life', doesn't seem as spontaneous and natural as when you are talking in Dutch. Still enjoyed it, but I don't mind the subtitles because your videos are usually really good fun.
I agree.... BUT, I think as they continue with it, if they do, that will come back. The thought overhead of doing it in English is probably enormous right at the moment.With practice I'm sure it'll get easier! :)
That may be true but English is not his first language. If he's thinking in Dutch he has to immediately translate that to English. That "lag" causes the lost of spontaneity you mention. He's doing a great job.

I'm Finnish so I don't have any problem having subtitles, so for me it doesn't matter if you continue with Dutch or English. But I know of one big country where subtitles are frowned upon on, not because they can't read, just that they are not used to them. My opinion is to switch to English and try to do some collabs with some English language channels to get a boost (I loved the collabs with Garage54, obviously not English language, but has a dubbed channel for that). I really do think you would get more views.

I drove one of those when I was stationed in California. They had one that had an engine blown up two years before I got there....and when I left active duty 3 years later, they were still trying to get another engine. I bet that parts are much easier for you to get though.

Helemaal geen bezwaar van mij om toekomstige videos in het Engels te doen, ik verwacht dat de meeste Nederlandse(en Belgische) kijkers prima Engels kunnen en het goed kunnen volgen. De editing stijl vind ik ook erg goed, ga zo door!

Whilst I don’t speak Dutch I have been following all the T69 and BMP videos, and as a former Australian Army tank mechanic and then Tank mechanic instructor, I have found these videos fantastic.

Hello I really like tanks and have been thinking of attempting to make a 3D printed tank gearbox. there are a few sources out there but maybe was hoping if you can send pic's or other sources that would be useful in the assembly and connections of them?

die rare moeren met die sleufjes heb je ook gewoon sleutels voor. (doppen zijn er ook maar die zijn wel duur) Met een schroeven draaier en hamer lukt ook maar t ding word wel steeds lelijker.

they tried fuel, ATF, higher pressure, burning... perhaps there is a magic procedure, but it's not yet found. the solution: Emille showed us the price list for replacement parts... it felt like body parts of 1980ies japanies cars... must be made from gold.....

There are pros and cons about doing your videos in English. In my personal opinion, I prefer the videos in Dutch with English captions, but I would not mind if the decision went the other way.

Hmmm I'm not sure if I like this more than listening to Dutch. I really like that language.
On the other hand I like to understand everything workout subtitles. And I can understand that from a channel growth perspective it may be better to switch to English

Dutch is actually as close to English as you'll get, as it is one of the most used remaining West Germanic languages. You can get a little bit closer, Frisian (Dutch dialect) is more closely resembling English than Dutch. Anglo-Frisian are the category English and Frisian fall in to. German itself is a tad further away, but still a West Germanic language. Scandinavian languages as well, they are also West Germanic.. This is the reason why so many people in these countries very easily speak English next to their own language.

I thought his friend was translating (CC text) for us because he couldn't speak English: he should do an English audio overdub for every video in English section/channel, waaayyy better than CC. Makes a world of difference....
