Take more than a filter to deter you Sir. Beautiful texture of grey on the stones mixed in with the vista it’s quite a lovely contrast.

Now there's a carpe diem attitude for you: great shots, despite the so-so conditions. Filters can be replaced, memories can't. :)

Thanks Tim. Yes I certainly had to make the most of it and got some nice results. New filter ordered

No neither have I but I’ve also never seen this rock formation. It was at a low tide so not normally gone that far out, thanks for watching

What a great location. I've added it to the list of places to visit when I do eventually manage to get down there. What a bugger about the filter!! 😓

Great to see you out for a sunset and racing against the tide. The sky was amazing casting some lovely light on the rocks.
One broken 6 stop but hey ho… They are too fragile to last when you’re chasing the light over rocks. I usually see mine flying through the air when a rogue strong south westerly gust snatches the filter out of the fingers. What system are you using? I have lots of Lee 100mm system filters that I’m thinking of selling for not a lot of money.

Yes I do prefer early mornings but this time things worked out good.
I use Nisa system with 100mm filters. Now replaced 😄
