      I put the stake in the hidden compartment of my nightstand. You can never be too careful. The crazy part is the marketplace ad did not include pictures of the wrench or what is under the lid of the top box. Thanks for watching!

    A lot of good stuff in this one, Proto adjustable and the Snap-On 1" ratchet are the killers in here. Nice video

    • @thetoolbandit
      @thetoolbandit  2 месяца назад +1

      Yes, between those 2 and the drawers of wrenches it made the buy a great deal. Thanks for watching!

    I believe the Snap-on tool with the hook on the end is for pulling seals.

    Very true - Blue cased Impact Driver with either broken bit or never used in so many 30 year old boxes.

    Nice haul drawer 4 was packed full lol. The Proto 20” adjustable wrench is a nice find. That one Snap-on cold chisel almost looks like it was partial torch cut. Thanks for the video

    • @thetoolbandit
      @thetoolbandit  3 месяца назад

      Yes, I think it was a torch, just not sure why? When I opened the wrench drawer I was sold, everything below that was a bonus. Thanks for watching!

      @ChrisK-1969 3 месяца назад +1

      @ I wonder if it was wedged under something they were cutting and they didn’t realize it was in the path and it got cut too, based on the way the cut looks. I am sure you are still amazed, as am I, how people treat or mistreat their tools.

    • @thetoolbandit
      @thetoolbandit  2 месяца назад

      That could be, it looks like a mistake. But yes, people beat the hell out of their tools. I am amazed at the condition and level of grime I find.

    Snap On should warranty that chisel. Nice haul. I like that Proto and Snap On stuff and the big wrenches.

      I think someone hit it with a torch so I'm not sure. Those big wrenches were a great find. Thanks for watching!

    Nice haul! Im jealous of the 20” proto adjustable. The snap on 1” ratchet is cool but I would also sell it to recoup the cost of the box.

    • @thetoolbandit
      @thetoolbandit  3 месяца назад

      I knew you would like that one for your wall! I will sell the ratchet, I wonder if it will be a problem since the guts are different. Thanks for watching!

    If you see "3/4" Head - 1" Anvil" in text.... that was meant to show when I pulled out the ratchet in the bottom drawer. I'm on vacation so I couldn't fix it. I also forgot to mention that I paid $400 total for the upper and lower. The upper is better in my opinion, I should have it posted in a couple weeks. Have a great weekend!

    I found a impact driver with same case last weekend, it was labeled vessel. Would love to find a 20" proto crescent like that. I have some of the newer red dipped handle ones.

    But someone needed a short adjustable, but now it's about 9 inches

    I have two 3/4 drive sets, one is a model #46304 set that I bought new in 2006 and still have the receipt for. It was a 16 piece set, but I've added to it to "make it" a 24 piece set with additions. I would wait for coupons to come out to buy the additions. I don't know why people ruin tools like someone did to that wrench. I'm sure a quick clean up will take care of that rust on those wrenches. Some of my larger wrenches are like that. I bought them at an estate sale in 2002 and "made" a set from what the guy had. He had various brands. I probably paid $5 or a wrench back then.
    I bought something on Ebay and by accident the person mailed an Estwing hammer. When I told them I had bought something else, they refunded my money and said, "Just keep the hammer". I have it in one of my toolboxes.

      @thetoolbandit  3 месяца назад

      The 3/4" stuff has become very expensive. Estwing makes great hammers so getting them for a couple bucks is always nice. Thanks for watching!

      @@thetoolbanditI paid under $100 for the new set back in 2006 and $100 delivered for the used set maybe 5 years ago. The used set is USA Craftsman with other USA thrown in.
