we have confirmations from ice that re:zero season 3 will adapt both full arcs in 35+ episodes

Yoshitsugu Matsuoka voiced Geuse both when he was insane and when he was normal. The english dub was the only one where his voice actor changed after he went insane. Geuse was voiced by Mark Whitten when he was normal and Todd Haberkorn when he was insane.
Edit: I still think Sirius is Fortuna, I just think it's a different voice actor just so it isn't a dead giveaway.

Apart from Re:Zero I think it was only Oshi no Ko and Frieren released the first few episodes right away. It’s been a while since I’ve watched one of these good video

and frieren too had 4 episodes cramed into theatre release in japan and if you can cound them the demon slayer movies and fate heavens feel

Friren was 4 episodes in one while re:zero and oshi no ko are both just one very long first episode (I'm not sure for oshi no ko since I haven't watched it)
